The idea for our special company, MaxCleavage.com, was born in year 2000 after I watched a documentary about a 14 year old girl with small breasts saving for breast enlargement surgery. Having considered surgery myself, I knew there had to be an alternative. Although surgery provided a solution, I felt that the risks far outweighed the benefits. And so research began for possible alternatives that were pain free and didn't have any associated risks! There are many problems that breast surgery can present. Breast implants may have to be replaced after 7 years and it can be hard to monitor the health of the breast whilst implants are in place. The cost is several thousands of pounds and there is no guarantee that your body will accept them. The many products we sell offer the same benefits as surgery but without the pain, risks or expense! Silicone enhancers come in many different shapes and sizes and we can help you find the right size and shape for you. They can be worn in the bra almost like an outplant rather than an implant. We also sell gel, liquid, foam and air filled bras that provide a much fuller shape and enhanced cleavage and we deal with many different manufacturers world wide to get the very best products. Women frequently say that they feel incomplete and lacking when they have small breasts and this can deeply affect their self-confidence and body image. Products beautifully packaged and speedy delivery.
On recent purchase unfortunately had to return one item .
I was shielding and had no access to a printer in order print a returns label.
Customer services sent a pre-paid returns label to my home address.
Communication was excellent.
Will never go elsewhere for bras in future. There is no other site that provides what I am looking for in any case.

I was a little skeptical at first....I really missed the water bras from the 90s. I am in between a full 34c and d...I am a 40 year old woman who has a 23 year old child. I am 5'3" and 105 lbs. (I'm tiny with a large top and a small bottom). I can never find a bra I am happy with. I placed my order of a swimsuit and 1 bra to try in size 34D (glad I did..runs just a tad small)..with no expectations of liking, let alone falling in love with the bra and definitely not the bikini...(I have been looking for the perfect one for about 20 years now) I chose the express shipping because I'm impatient. My order was processed and delivered in 4 days. I tried the bra on first and was instantly pleased. Great fit!!! I have not had this in years...so I tried the bikini on...My face lit up with a smile that I didn't know I had. It fits sooo nice and looks natural!! I will be ordering again and more styles. If you're like me and just struggle to get your "girls" to look like they "used to"...give this site a try! I was extremely happy! 5 🌟 all the way around!

Products arrived promptly and well-packaged. The bra I ordered is hand-made in the UK, which is a plus for me. It feels high-quality, and gives me a good, natural-looking amount of push-up, while also being comfortable. Highly recommend, and can see myself ordering from here again.

So natural looking you must buy one
It was easy to order, quick to arrive and beautifully packaged. The bra fits like a glove so no parts showing or bulging under your clothes. I love the boost it gives me as it looks and feels so natural. A must for small busts or just looking for a seamless bra!
