The idea for our special company, MaxCleavage.com, was born in year 2000 after I watched a documentary about a 14 year old girl with small breasts saving for breast enlargement surgery. Having considered surgery myself, I knew there had to be an alternative. Although surgery provided a solution, I felt that the risks far outweighed the benefits. And so research began for possible alternatives that were pain free and didn't have any associated risks! There are many problems that breast surgery can present. Breast implants may have to be replaced after 7 years and it can be hard to monitor the health of the breast whilst implants are in place. The cost is several thousands of pounds and there is no guarantee that your body will accept them. The many products we sell offer the same benefits as surgery but without the pain, risks or expense! Silicone enhancers come in many different shapes and sizes and we can help you find the right size and shape for you. They can be worn in the bra almost like an outplant rather than an implant. We also sell gel, liquid, foam and air filled bras that provide a much fuller shape and enhanced cleavage and we deal with many different manufacturers world wide to get the very best products. Women frequently say that they feel incomplete and lacking when they have small breasts and this can deeply affect their self-confidence and body image. I am now in my 70's, and being short of natural oomph, I had many years of wearing wonderbras, which were ok but not brilliant. But I then discovered Maxicleave breast enhancers. What a brilliant transformation occurred. I felt more "normal" t.shirts looked great, and my confidence soared. So for many,many years, Maxicleave have been my saviour. Recently,because of stock hold ups, my usual "boobs" weren't available. But Michelle, took lots of time finding a suitable alternative (maxicups) which were great. So a big thank you to all the team at Maxicleave for20 years of Oomph!!

Body confidence booster
I find it very hard to find bras or swim wear that provide padding that works to enhances my bust which is very modest. Maxcleavage provides good quality products and I have always been happy with my purchases. With care they stand the test of time.
The ordering is easy and delivery prompt.
My only comment is it would be great to have a wider range to choose from.

Max clevage indeed.
Delivery was very quick. Packaging is nice. I do have to agree with another review that the quality isn't the same as the original.
I have only just got rid of original as it leaked , due to my own fault accidentally went in washer .
The straps aren't as thick and it just doesn't feel as sturdy as original. Still does what it says and definitely boosts clevage if I didnt have original I obviously wouldn't know any difference.
