The idea for our special company, MaxCleavage.com, was born in year 2000 after I watched a documentary about a 14 year old girl with small breasts saving for breast enlargement surgery. Having considered surgery myself, I knew there had to be an alternative. Although surgery provided a solution, I felt that the risks far outweighed the benefits. And so research began for possible alternatives that were pain free and didn't have any associated risks! There are many problems that breast surgery can present. Breast implants may have to be replaced after 7 years and it can be hard to monitor the health of the breast whilst implants are in place. The cost is several thousands of pounds and there is no guarantee that your body will accept them. The many products we sell offer the same benefits as surgery but without the pain, risks or expense! Silicone enhancers come in many different shapes and sizes and we can help you find the right size and shape for you. They can be worn in the bra almost like an outplant rather than an implant. We also sell gel, liquid, foam and air filled bras that provide a much fuller shape and enhanced cleavage and we deal with many different manufacturers world wide to get the very best products. Women frequently say that they feel incomplete and lacking when they have small breasts and this can deeply affect their self-confidence and body image. Fabulous product but measuring instructions somewhat inaccurate
Bought this for my wife who has worked hard at loosing 1.5 stone and consequently her bras were too large! After carefully following the fitting instructions measuring in cm, it came up with the suggestion of it "just" in the range of a 38C which I found strange her body circumference is only 34inch. I went however with my gut feelings and ordered a 36B. It is on the maximum setting of the bra circumference, but fitted perfectly! Probably the best fitting bra she's ever had! So.... Very pleased with the product but still find the measuring instructions rather confusing ... The suggested 38C was the same size as her current bras which had become far too big .

I've ordered a few from here and this is the second time I've been disappointed won't be using again I ordered a gel filled 1 and received a cheap alternative which feels as tho its foam filled defo not worth 35 pound didn't think to check went it came and threw box away otherwise I'd of sent it back

We're so sorry to hear you were unhappy with your latest order. I can see you chose the After Eden Double Gel Plunge bra, these do have liquid pockets inside the cups which are then covered in foam and we have always made sure this is clear in the bra description.
"The liquid gel pockets inside the cups are encapsulated in a double layer of foam to give a soft and light weight feel
Contain Fixed Light weight foam feeling padding for a fantastic shape and Maximum Cleavage. These bras will not feel liquid filled, if you prefer liquid only then please take a look at our Atomic bras"
We have sold bras by After Eden on our website for years and they have always been very popular, but they are not for everyone and if you would rather not have that foam feel then I would definitely recommend the Atomic liquid filled t-shirt bras.
We do prefer items sent back in the original packaging, as detailed in the return policy, however if it is only the box you threw away then please don't worry you can send it back, as long as the bra is still tagged and unworn, and just use a similar box to prevent it denting through the post.

Fab place to buy bras
Great range of bras for those of us with smaller cup sizes. Have ordered a number of bras and a bikini from here and have been happy with all of them. Order arrives quickly and packaged discretely. Wish they did the after Eden double boost bra in a nude colour.

Excellent bra for very small chest!…
I purchased an out of Eden bra before so knew what I was looking for. This particular bra was even better than the last one. I am very small busted and am a professional athlete so I need all the boost I can get and this bra sits on my chest as well as boosting it so no gaps or gaping which looks terrible when wearing a T shirt. Perfect bra for me makes me look like I actually have a bust and not a pubescent boy!

I am a size 32 AA , and have been trying for years to get a bra to fit and also with a Fair amount of padding but still look natural, I was very doubtful that this bra would be any good , but it is truly lovely, actually gives me a cleavage, so comfortable, can’t praise it enough,
