I just had to let you all know
about Market Hair Extensions.
I ordered for the 1st time a few weeks ago. Delivery was extremely quick and perfect colour length etc. I was just going to see how I got on with them. What can I say WOW I love them. Infact I've just ordered more !
The quality is very very good. Why pay more?!!
I didn't take a before and after pic but I will when I have more put in. Watch this space 😊

Overall good experience. I ordered 9PC 22 INCH clip in extensions in shade #16, on the 7th of January 2023. They arrived 19th of January 2023, so within the promised 10 business days (for Australia, NSW). The extension arrived neatly packed, the perfect colour, and felt like Remy hair. The extensions match my hair colour and texture perfectly. Would recommended, also at their affordable price point.

Market hairextentions have great online service.
I needed a couple of questions answered receiving a texting service answered within seconds from the website to help me before making my purchase.
This is my third time ordering with Markethairextentions.
I am extremely happy with the quality and quantity of hair compared to others l have tried in the past being a hairdresser.
Depending on how you take care of the extentions they last much longer than 6 to 12 months as in description.
Highly recommend this website!

I am yet to find another site with 30” tape in extensions, I have ordered them on numerous occasions over the years and now wouldn’t buy them anywhere else.
The delivery is quite fast the quality of the hair and tape are very good, I have retaped the extensions many more times than the site expects the hair to last after they have grown out and they still remain in quite good shape. I have just added extra hair extensions over time.
The prices are also very affordable and I don’t have a single complaint about the company or products.

Do not buy from this company. I wanted to send back hair extensions as they didn’t come in time for my appointment.
They also wasn’t the correct colour for my hair.
After many emails they still haven’t given me a return address.
They also said they would take percentages for handling and restocking.
This is still ongoing.
Absolute scam. Do not order from this company

Over a year ago I originally ordered from them but then attempted to cancel my order because I had seen so many terrible reviews. After a week of back and forth, they kept refusing to refund me. It was not until I started posting negative reviews everywhere and commenting on their Instagram posts that they said they would refund me but only if I took my reviews down. So I did. Now, over a year later, I get a “promotional” email from them, USING MY NAME as the sender. That is phishing and it is highly illegal! So now I am writing another negative review to not only say, they scam their customers out of their money, but they also impersonate their former customers!

The quality is excellent and the value is great. Much less expensive than other companies who sell extensions. I am a repeat customer for years and my hair stylist agrees about the quality.

I beg you do not buy from this company,its a scam,customer service awful and they will NOT refund you the money. I fought for a refund for weeks and reported it with my bank and managed to get a refund through my bank. Please do not ignore,take photographic evidence of everything as they will lie. My review has been taken down. Thank goodness I fought hard for a full refund and my bank were amazing through out the process this company should be closed down, SCAM. If people have lost alot of money,please report this company to your bank. This company is robbing people of their money. Do not ignore.

I order red hair sept 1 with express shipping cause I needed them for something soon. I got a email saying they were shipped the 2nd. On the 8th I emailed them explained to them I payed for express shipping and haven’t received them. They informed me they didn’t have them and waiting for the factory and then they would ship them out. So I said I would just cancel the order as they lied about shipping a product they didn’t even have and gave me a fake tracking number. They told me I would have to pay a handling and restocking fee for a item they don’t even have. I filed with the BBB and waiting on my full refund but they won’t respond to my emails now. I have all the emails and order details saved for the fraud charges I’m filing

I ordered hair from this company for $228 they took a month. When I received my order is was not what I ordered. When I asked for a address to return the items for a refund they took two weeks to answer then stated they'll give me $10. This is more than criminal and something should be done

I recevied my first order. I was worried that this would be not good quality as the price was so good. The quality is fabulous and I am now saving $$$ by going direct. I used to be charged hundres of dollars through the salon.

I have just received the amazing, prompt and very informative information from a lady called Mary, who responded to my questions clearly and incredibly timely! Absolutely professional!

Great product and customer service.

Good quality products with lots of options. Fast response and shipping. Customer service is also excellent!

I tried to return extensions for a refund because they were not the correct color. They were advertised as ash
brown, but they were more of a dark blonde. When I tried to return them they gave me an address in China that was not correct according to the US post office, and they never gave me an RMA number despite contacting them at least 10 times. They kept offering me 10% refund to use the hair, but the hair is way too light and of no use to me. The packaging stated that the extensions could be returned to an address in California so I did that, and I still do not have a refund weeks later.
