Hello, although I have ordered and received all my chairs, 3 or 4 different times. This time I had scraped and dented pieces along with some sort of glue or sticky film around the 3 chairs I purchase. I love artist hand, yet this time was just alil different

First and foremost, Artist Hands’ customer service is below par, and the third-party shipping insurance is practically useless. While the chair looks great aesthetically, its advertised 500-pound weight capacity is misleading when it comes to actual usability. Even a larger person who is nowhere near that weight may find the chair too small to fit comfortably.
To make matters worse, the installation instructions were missing the a QR code to scan for assembly instructions. Overall, the chair feels flimsy, poorly supported, and not worth the money. If I could return it for a full refund, I absolutely would. Between the disappointing customer service, lack of proper instructions, and questionable quality, this purchase has been a letdown. I cannot recommend this chair.

Exactly what i ordered

I bought a barber chair from Artist Hand Beauty a little over a year ago, and when the arm broke last week, I was disappointed by the response. Since the warranty had just expired, I asked if I could simply purchase a replacement arm, like the one they replaced for me before, but I was told they cannot do that. It feels frustrating to have a chair basically become unusable over a small part. And especially since the same thing happened before I just wish there’d been a little more flexibility or support. It was not the experience I was hoping for. I would not recommend purchasing from this company due to the apparent cheaply made quality of the chairs and the unwillingness to simply sell me the replacement arm since I completely understood my warranty was no longer valid.

Customer service has been 5-Star. The quality of chairs are not it. If it weren’t a same price I’d be pretty mad.

Chairs good but footrest paint started chipoing already

Not only was my first shipment wrong and you gave me two boxes of cushions. When I email you guys, you tell me, my table is out of stock. Then, you tell me it's in stock. And you're gonna send it again and what I have sitting in my shop and what I paid for are completely different items. So not only did you send me my order wrong? The first time the second time you send me a model that's worth less.

The price of the chairs was a bonus! I was able to refresh my barber shops appearance without spending too much. The chair is of high quality and sturdy. Will buy again! The delivery was ok. The chairs came in two different deliveries.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I placed my order FOUR WEEKS AGO and it still hasn’t even been shipped. Four weeks of waiting with absolutely no progress, no clear updates, and almost no communication.

I’ve tried multiple times to contact them because at this point I simply want to cancel my order and get my money back, but they don’t respond. It honestly feels like I’m wasting both my time and my money chasing a company that cannot even provide basic customer service.

Their communication system is incredibly poor and completely unacceptable. If there is a delay, at least communicate with your customers. Leaving someone waiting for weeks with no shipment and no response is beyond frustrating.

I really wanted to give this company a chance, but this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I just want someone from the company to finally respond, cancel my order, and resolve this situation.

Buyer beware. I purchased this item with a missing water tank. Not the end of the world — I messaged them via email, Instagram, and their website contact form asking for a replacement. I offered to even pay for it or shipping, whatever needed to happen for me to get the part so that I could use the machine. They were anything but helpful. They refused to send a replacement regardless of me paying for it or not — they offered zero solution. I’m now stuck with a machine that I can’t use and paid for. Horrific.

I work in the beauty industry and I’m not a big fan of ever having to write a negative comment or review, as I like to think we all make mistakes and I want to give everyone the opportunity to resolve an issue. However, this is ridiculous. I will not recommend them as a quality manufacturing company — to send a device with a missing part that I can’t use the machine without is unacceptable. And their customer service was anything but prepared to help their consumers, leaving me with a device I can’t use and offering zero solution. Why not send me a water tank so I can use the machine? Instead they get poor reviews, when they couldn’t just stand by their products and support the clients who buy from them. I just want the replacement part not to be having to share this experience.

Purchased 6 chairs so far and will be buying more soon

I haven’t put it up yet but will do it today sometime but the chair looks great and feels awesome

The chair had many gouges in the paint down to the metal, the metal was even gouged.

Awesome chair! Recommend for high volume of clients in& out of chair all day & all week, stands up to the use! Only thing is it shipped without the screw in feet!!! Cannot get a response to have missing feet sent! Bought off brand from Amazon,
