Absolutely terrible service .. after purchasing because said dispatch within 24 hours and DHL 2 to 3 days delivery, it took them 7 days to dispatch and then when they did they done by FedEx not the one I paid for the cheaper one.. everhtime I spoke to their online customer service everyday they said definitely dispatch within 24 hours .every single time.. when It finally arrived 10 days after purchase it was a different colour to the one I ordered.. I ordered darkest brown.. it came in. Dark blonde/light brown .. customer services did Absolutely nothing just saying will get back to you... they never do. Wouldn't purchase again. I have photos also of proof of this.

Firstly these come from China so if you are in a hurry do not expect a speedy delivery. Mine took 2 weeks to arrive.

They felt beautiful and soft in the packet. The packaging says you can use heated tools to style them.

When they were fitted they looked amazing but after the 1st wash they started going frizzy. After the 1st week they looked awful. I try not to use too much heat when drying and only use straightners occasionally and on a low setting. These nano extensions needed straightening as they had kinks in them.

Very disappointed in this product. I would certainly not recommend them. I have been wearing nano extensions on and off for the last 3 years and these are by far the worst I have had.

They did not ship these in the time they said they would. I ordered express and they are still not here during the time window I paid for. I asked for a refund and to return parcel because I am no longer interested in tape-ins and I lost my appointment window. They gave me this response, "I am very sorry for that, we do not suggest you to return the hair, because it will surely waste your a long time and much payment.if you want to return the hair, you need to give me restocking fees , handling fees and shipping fees
So We suggest you to dye the hair by profession barber shop.we will give you 10% economic compensation to dye the hair again.
Please consider this suggestion carefully. Thanks a lot for your support and cooperation.
Do you still want to send it back? We will offer you the return address in the next mail. Pls advice!

Very dissatisfied with this customer service.

I ordered "BLONDE" extensions and after 2 MONTHS received "BROWN" extensions. I contacted them by email, since no phone number is available. They are in China, so the each time you email, you have to wait at least one day for a response. They told me I had to send the hair back to China in order to get a refund. They lied and told me they would reimburse me for the $28 shipping cost. Once they received the hair, they DEDUCTED a 15% fee and did NOT reimburse for my shipping cost. In conclusion, I ordered hair, got NOTHING and was ripped off $68. They made the error and I ended up paying for it!!! :-(

The worse hair I’ve ever received. They sent me the wrong hair as well. I ordered 3 packs of curly microlinks and only one pack was actually of some sort of curly texture. The other two looked like 90s crimped hair and all of the bundles were thin and shedding. The ends were also awful. The quality can’t be more than 5a at best. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Not happy, took months to come in and when I asked if I could get a tracking number I couldn't understand the system at all. I sent another email and all they said was it was on its way and sent a totally different tracking number. When they finally came in they were not the same colour as the picture, it was not 20 inches long and they were so thin. And the closer to the end of the extension, the thinner the hair got. Decided to suck it up anyways since they were $80 and I put 47 in my hair. They're purple extensions and wanted them to be seen so I put 3 rows on each side of my head closer to the part so you could see the purple.... well you can barely notice them. My first time washing them after putting them in I could barely brush my hair, and after my hair was dry it's constantly full of little knots. I have sent an email stating I will send the remaining half but I would like half my money back and waiting for a reply.
Don't waste your money... I had better ones from the flea market.

So here is a update. I finally recieved my clip in hair extensions and there is pieces cut out of two of the wefts. I took pictures. Not only did I wait forever for them but they are terrible! Too thin and the pieces that are cut out are very noticeable. I sadly am very unhappy with the whole process with this company. Will not recommend 😥

I cant review the hair because I have been waiting almost 3 months for it to arrive! I think I have about 50 emails back and forth asking why I still dont have it. Tired of waiting.

Unfortunately I am disappointed in their handling of my situation. Order in april have not had any correspondence or delivery. Would not recommend

Trying to get a refund as the hair I ordered is the wrong colour. Only to be met by threats of deducting fees from my return (even though I need to pay for the postage as well which is fine, but no need for a fee deduction) feels like they purposefully reply in a super delayed manner, some days no response at all. It's taken 6 days for them to accept a return (with this deduction for NO reason) they are complete robbing cowboys. NEVER ordering again. Will be sharing on my Instagram fanbase of 500k followers to also share to never order from these people.

the hair is so thin at the ends you need to cut it up to the same length as your own hair. I have my own salon and hair extension company I was looking for a new supplier as soon as I opened the packet the hair smelled weird when I placed in "150"g of hair it was so straggly. I left it for 2 weeks to see what it would be like after I tried to better it with professional products. im now left with what looks like horse hair. please don't waste your money

I ordered 2 sets of 24" REMY Indian hair extensions. They are definitely not Remy. They are very sparse at the end and only 21" at the very very tips of the super sparse ends. I can't get a hold of their customer service line to get a return, either. This is some straight up sewer hair.

Ordered my u tip 28” hair and my god they are amazing, they came so quick!! Will be ordering again from this website in the future for my hair! I’ve even recommended my friends , plus there prices are amazing!!!

I love the way these hair extensions feel,using them to go from one colour to another has been a blessing and having fine hair they make such a difference,will continue to use again and again

Hair is the worst quality. After you wash it 3 times it starts to matt and get frizzy. It is NOT remy hair. The service is the worst and they replace only on writing a review. it took 70 emails and constant pleading to send my hair. They made me remove my reviews in order for them to send my replacement hair. Total of 3 months. Initially i thought it was good quality until i washed it. so avoid at all costs

Good products and customer service.
I recently put through a new order and was worried to get the right product. I recieved good communication through email and recieved the correct product which I am happy with.
I have been a customer for 1 year now and before sometimes there were delays in the email responses but I have seen it has also improved and they are very responsive now.

So far my experience has been less then ideal. Right off the bat I felt mislead as I was under the impression it was a Canadian website and company. I didn't find out till after I ordered that the orders came out of China. Soon as I found that out all my excitement was gone. Another flag to me is that no matter when you go on the website they always have a so called " sale " on that looks like a great deal but in reality the price we are paying is the real price and they just put the sale on to look like we're saving $300 give or take.
Soon as I found out that it was coming from China I emailed to cancel as they don't have a phone number where you can get through to any real customer service. Didn't hear back for close to a week and they didn't even acknowledge my request just said they are trying to speed up the process. The extensions had not even been processed yet so they could have cancelled it. I needed these for a wedding early July and the extensions have not even shipped from China yet and I can't get any updates. I'd bet money it's going to take probably 3 months by the time these arrive if they do at all. Totally regret this purchase and I honestly didn't know that companies in China could operate under a .CA web address so now I'm going to have to be even more diligent. My advice: save your money , coming from China these won't be high quality and if you live in Canada or the US prepare for a VERY long wait even though the website says it should take about the same shipping time as domestic.
On a sidenote I ordered Sunglasses in the middle of the Pandemic which also came from China and they were literally on my doorstep in less then 24 hrs.

Ordered lightest blonde 1gram micro loop extensions, pliers and 1000 pcs of silicone links.
Everything got delivered in 12 days.
Lovely hair, even lighter than on picture which is great.
Will order again, great experience.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Ordered my extensions on the 19th of April and paid for 2-10 day delivery. A month later and I have not recieved. Tried to do their chat service, always get a guy called "Tony" and he genuinely sounds like a robot. Doesnt come up with a valid answer for anything I asked.
Have started a paypal claim against them as I have very little choice at this point. €70 down the drain,will never order again and will never recommend

Ordered 3 hair pieces totalling just short of £100 only to have them lost in the post. Tracking info on their end said it had been delivered but I had no parcel. I asked for more accurate tracking but they could not provide me with any more details and told me to wait it out. Months down the line and a few online chats later I’ve given up and am £100 down. It’s a shame because I’ve ordered from them before and receive good quality pieces but the poor customer service has completely put me off reordering again with the risk of loosing that amount of money, it’s not worth the risk.
They even had the audacity to follow up months later asking about the quality of the hair that I didn’t receive!

I have emailed you within the past few days and not had a reply yet. Order EN6690176841H. I’m happy to edit/delete the review if the issue is solved.
