Curious staff and although not much contact I was happy with service

All of the team who have worked on the sale of my property have been outstanding from start to finish. I was kept up to date with viewings, feedback and any queries I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. Emails were responded to usually the same day and if not, certainly within 24 hours. Special mention to Dale, who was exceptional, getting in contact regularly to check in and discuss the progress before handing over to Joanne Williams who managed the move, also exceptional. Joanne kept in regular contact and I never had to pester for information. Phenomenal service from everyone involved and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
