I had a poor experience when i first…
I had a poor experience when i first signed up, but after sending a complaint to the management, they resolved the issue (a bad staff member). since that day ive had nothing but good experiences, they are always polite and friendly and flexable with orders. Ive had many prescriptions filled here now, the delivery is fast and tracking is provided before its even left the building.

Poor customer service
As far as the quality of the product, and speed of delivery, I would rate 5 stars. Their customer service and willingness to answer emails when I don't have time to wait around on hold via telephone; not so good.

They sent me my medication and one…
They sent me my medication and one product names didn't match my prescription. I then went on to open the others and one was so wet a grinder would be pointless and the other was tiny nugs and sticks. I phoned up let them know and they sent me a email saying dear t (not my name,) it can take up to 8 weeks to investigate and resolve. What is there to investigate for 8 weeks? You sent me out the wrong controlled drugs. It isn't on my prescription so police could technically take it if encountered. It's clear the pharmacy team are at fault. Because of this I'm expected to have medication to last me a week instead of 4, I can't do that so mamedica has basically forced my hand to accept faulty products and one illegal product. I've referred numerous people to them, i shouldn't have.

Adam on the repeats team needs a raise! What an absolute gem for your company he is! Unbelievably helpful and so full of enthusiasm, made a stressful situation so easy to deal with and was a pleasure to talk to the whole time.
As a whole I have had nothing but good experiences with Mamedica but Adam is definitely on another level when it comes to customer service.

Been with mamedica since march this…
Been with mamedica since march this year, so far iv had fine enough service over the phone when it comes to answering question's
my biggest complaint is the lack of budget option's in stock, its the only reason why im currently considering looking at other clinic option's
Some pharmacy's like IPS are offering strains for as little as 29.50 which is highly valuable to someone on benefits or low income
im sorry but the 200£ upfront for being on welfare just for free shipping isnt an incentive when the products available start at 50£+ most the time with quite a limited selection below 60£ Which is why i use flex, 10£ shipping every month is a nothing burger in comparison to the lack of budget option's and 200£ upfront to someone on limited income
Please for the love of god, look into stocking some more budget friendly brands too like huala, four, and big narstie ect ect.

Mamedica dispensary problems again….
Terrible communication from most of the dispensary team, also seems like there is little or no patient care , failed to fulfill my prescription and then tried to tell me I would have to for-go the current prescription cycle and they would dispatch my medication as my next prescription cycle instead?
This will obviously have a knock on effect with my pain management leading to increased/ unmanaged pain and discomfort to myself.
Really frustrating and extremely disappointing.
This is the third issue I have had with this dispensary, having given them the benefit of doubt twice previously I now feel I have no choice but to find an alternative dispensary sadly as there is a complete lack of trust between myself the patient and the Mamedica dispensary.
As I pointed out to the customer service manager during the conversation we had previously (in June),
the customer service telephone number that is clearly written on Mamedica website is not correct making it impossible to contact them if any patient does have any issues arriving from the medication.
Along with the incorrect opening hours , still have not been changed and I wonder if this is a tactic to stop people contacting them.
I am now wondering if they are a genuine medically orientated company or not.
Please be aware of these observations and
