I found their customer services great. Easy to deal with & got an issue solved instantly. All the staff are friendly & extremely helpful. Good selection & advice on what works for you. I recommend them 👍

Existing patient transfering from a different provider although I still have to wait over 4 weeks just for a video call and decision,

Time wasters.
After taking my money and putting me through the stress of pushing my GP surgery to troll through 72 years of medical history they refused me a prescription due to having had a heart attack 13years ago due to blocked artery. This was treated with a stent successfully, with no long term damage or further complications. It’s like breaking a leg, they treat me like an amputee after it’s healed.
Further to this they don’t inform me or process the refund.
They charge an extortionate fee compared to other providers.
Before taking my money they could include a few sensible questions in the eligibility process, I think they are just interested in money in their account.
My advice, don’t be drawn into this over priced provider, there are other experienced pharmacies to choose from offering an honest priced reliable service.

Every time i speak to Nicola Wiseman she sorts out what i need and shes a great asset to Mamedica

The service could be so good, but they do weird things to ruin it. Like constant calls to remind me that I can order. Super weird.

Also I had an appointment booked literally months in advance to renew my shared care agreement. A week out from the appointment, they send me an email saying I need to confirm within 24 hours or they'll cancel the appointment and issue me an undisclosed fee (?). Just a random surprise test, and failure means getting billed and not having access to medication. That alone would put this in my top 5 worst customer service experiences.

I responded to confirm, stating that the random surprise test was a bit anxiety-inducing. A human acknowledged, giving a canned corporate response that they're only emailing me to "avoid me getting fees". Which is insane corporate logic, but okay.

A day later I got an automated email saying my appointment is cancelled anyway and they're going to fee me. What. And I don't have access to medication anymore.

I went with mamedica for price, but I think I'm probably better off going elsewhere. Who tries to trap their customers like this?

I’d give zero stars if I could. Where do I start! From the beginning Mamedica made the process difficult. Tried charging me extra for consultation and because I never paid they cancelled my appointment. TWICE! Even though I paid 100 for both beginning and 9month consultation fees. Had to reschedule due to hospital appointment because I have a brain tumor. Told I would be charged for cancellation less than 48hours. Even though I made them aware of my ill health the first thing they said was you will have to pay a cancellation fee. If you want compassion or understanding. Mamedica is not the company to rely on! I will be cancelling my subscription. Request to what websight?

Spoke to Yousef today he was so helpful after many weeks of resolving my medical paperwork he onboarded me, I have my appointment on Monday, so happy for this, Mamedica are so helpful and make the process very easy. Would highly recommend Mamedica

I have been with mamedica for over two now and have received great patient support. Last month i had one pack of flower missing from my prescription, phoned mamedica and received great support from Vinnojan. The missing pack was delivered the next day.

I’ve been with mamedica for a year now, I’ve just had my 3rd appointment with dr Thomas Bourinaris and I’d just like to say how pleased I am with my treatment plan and how much information and help I receive from dr Thomas. He is very understanding of my illnesses and knows what’s best for me. I have noticed a huge difference in quality of life since being with mamedica. All staff are really lovely and the sign up process was so easy as mamedica does most of it for you, unlike other medical cannabis company’s. 10/10 very happy.

I’ve been with Mamedica now for almost two years. My onboard experience was difficult because of poor communication between them and my GP.
Once sorted I’ve had a pretty good customer and patient experience. The website has improved massively and is really user friendly, even for this 67 year old. I’m a sativa kind of chap and supply of sativa strains are quite sparse.
Access to clinicians is very easy to negotiate.

The only negatives are that recently delivery has been a lot slower, and a dearth of sativa flower.

I’d happily recommend Mamedica to anyone.

Nicola in the pharmacy team is amazing and I’m greatful for her help, it was refreshing to feel heard when I was a little bit stressed about my prescription. Carry on the great work! <3

I’ve been with multiple medical cannabis clinics in the UK over the years and had bad experience after bad experience until I signed up with Mamedica. They are a truly professional and patient focussed clinic.

I have had many many deliveries with no problem and the utmost professionalism, but a small clerical error caused a problem with one of my deliveries - Vinny went above and beyond to liaise with contacts at Royal Mail to fix the problem more quickly than anyone expected to be possible and showed a level of customer service that went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in the world of medical cannabis before.

There is no reason to be with another clinic at this point in time - take it from someone who has tried the others.

Ive been with mamedica for over 12 months now and very rarely do i need to get in contact with them, however i had a small prescription issue called and spoke with nicola who advised on each step of the process and assured me she'd ring me back confirming details not only did this happen but she also sent out an email confirming aswell making the whole process very simple and stress free. I spoke with Adam today over multiple issues I needed to resolve I fired them all at poor Adam in close succession, its a crohn's thing brain fog ,but Adam dealt with every issue and gave me some very good advice on my flower selection for the future .
A few years I have been with mamedica and I can give nothing but praise and today cemented that once again with the fantastic customer service and patience from this member of staff .Well done Adam and thank you to all the staff at mamedica. You changed my life it is that simple .
