Your driver was fantastic. He was very professional and courteous. He helped me move the shed off the driveway to the side yard. He saw I was limping and offered to move it just past the gate.

Absolute shit service. Would rate zero stars if I could. Order an EMOTO the warehouse had made the shipping label the 29th when it arrived at customs the first was when it was supposed to ship. However for some reason Maersk local delivery office continues to delay pickup it’s currently may 12 and they still keep pushing the pickup date back another day. If you’re counting on prompt delivery using the company don’t find someone else. At this point I don’t even believe they will pick my package up. Mind you it’s a $6,000 bike

Malgrès un incident ouvert par PcComponents le 05 mai (la ou j'ai commandé mon colis) aucune reaction de la part de Maersk pas meme une reponse pour me donner de la visibilité sur la date de livraison. A cause de leur manque de professionalisme je laisse cet avis, meme si je pense que cela leur est égal au vu de l'avis générale sur cet page.

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor handling of my shipment and the lack of support provided by your teams.
Despite multiple follow-ups, no concrete action was taken from customer service side, and I had to personally find and contact the customs agent myself in order to resolve the issue. Without my intervention, this matter could have taken another month to be solved.
Because of this situation, I have suffered significant losses:
Expensive international phone calls costing approximately €250 per day
Considerable loss of time
Operational delays
Repeatedly explaining the same issue to different agents located in different countries, without any effective resolution
I consider the level of service provided by Maersk unacceptable and far below professional standards.
Therefore, I request:
A full review of this case
Compensation for the financial losses incurred
Cancellation/review of demurrage charges related to this delay
Escalation of this complaint to management
I expect a prompt response and a concrete resolution.

Worst shipping company to deal with. They keep adding unexpected fees and hidden charges. They won’t absorb even a $1 loss - everything is passed on to the customer.

Diese Firma ist zweieinhalb Monate nicht in der Lage, einen in Bremerhafen ankommenden Container weiter an die angegebene Adresse nach Österreich zu liefern. 55 Emails waren nötig, um den Container nach dieser Wartezeit doch noch zu erhalten. Dafür wollte man dann auch noch Lagergebühren bzw drohte sogar mit der Versteigerung, "weil er nicht in Bremerhafen abgeholt wurde". Am Ende habe ich dann festgestellt, dass der gesamte Email-Verkehr nach Indien (!) ausgelagert ist, wo man offenbar nichtmals wußte, wo Österreich ist. Aber auf der Homepage keine Kontaktdaten in Deutschland oder Österreich. Sie wissen wahrscheinlich wohl warum... Entschuldigung dafür? Fehlanzeige! Jeder sollte diese Reederei meiden! Eine einzige Frechheit!

Never had such a terrible experience with a delivery. Waiting 3 weeks for shipment. Yesterday he said attempt failed because he didn’t have the code to the gate. He was seen driving around the parking lot and never stopped. Their main office is close by. They refuse to deliver today. Did not buy from a company that uses them

Absolute garbage shipping company’s website. Tracking info states a phone call appointment was made for delivery that never happened. The website is practically broken. I tried to submit my information and the submit tab doesn’t work. Website doesn’t have a phone number I googled it and spoke with someone that gave me another phone number to call for customer service went through an automated agent that sounds like it was built 10 years ago then got sent to voicemail that was never returned

Justin inform me 8am we will start offloading. 10:30am no movement. Went back to office for understanding. Now 2:15 delivery still not completed. Unacceptable behavior of employees professionalism also consideration of drivers clock. Stay away !

If I could give zero star I would. They brought a refrigerator for delivery and left saying they don’t remove the refrigerator door. They don’t have any shoe cover, they don’t have anything to bring it in and said yes, we may damage your floor- after knowing all I gave a old rug for them to work with so no damage on floor and they said they can’t remove refrigerator door. And here you go NO delivery after I wasted my all day waiting and most of my food went spoiled. Lowe’s should quit this 3rd party otherwise I don’t recommend you purchase anything from
Lowe’s, go Costco or Home Depot!

The building at 5235 weatpoint dr, is full of white and Hispanic racist management! They have and are continuing to get rid of all Black leadership.! They continue to allow a certain staffing agency to bring in none English speaking associates! You can’t even do a counseling with an associate unless you have an interpreter on hand, which in some cases wasn’t easy to do! They continue to allow this agency to talk to the black leadership any way they see fit! The buildings Leader is Spanish, all the Directors are white now that they have gotten rid of all the black managers, they are either white or Spanish! The Sr HR rep is included in the racist behavior that goes on in this building! She encourages just as much as the White/Hispanic leadership does. Reach out to me if anyone wants to know more!!!

horrible communication. i bought a hood for my car, no communication whatsoever. was told i would receive a call to set up an appointment time (never did), called customer service and they said there was no number left for them—which i know is incorrect. customer service call itself was great, he made sure to take my information and get my package here earlier in the day before i had to go to work. delivery was horrible, on the call i was told they’d call 30 minutes prior to dropping it off. that did not happen. there was also supposed to be a signature required, as it’s a big and expensive item. no knock at the door, or doorbell rung, left the item a significant distance from the door. the box was damaged and partly opened, thankfully no damage to the hood itself!! i didnt have a choice in the company who was delivering, but now i know in the future to avoid an item if its maersk doing the job.
