Low Energy Supermarket Omdömen

New Wickes underfloor heating thermostat fantastic price and next day delivery would definitely recommend Low Energy Supermarket

Bought 3 off Digital Timers at substantially lower price than other retailers including Amazon. They were shipped same day and received very quickly.

Had a problem with the order i had placed through ebay, one item was missing when delivered, i contacted Low Energy Supermarket through ebay and a reply arrived within minutes, after uploading and sending a copy of the invoice to them, they dealt with the issue promptly and posted the missing item it arrived two days later, well done Low Energy supermarket your customer service is excellent

I rarely ever give 5 stars so by giving lowenergy 4 is not a bad score at all. In fact, everything has been excellent. I ordered a 4 pack of timers for when I put up the Christmas decorations outdoors ( I have lots) and with these timers, I won't have to remember to turn them on/off. I ordered these on 22/10/24 and received them today 24/10/24. I have saved this site to help when I need my fix of electrical stuff!

Great service. The smart plugs are reasonably straightforward to pair with the app. They work well and I can use my phone to switch them on and off or can programme them. Very useful.

Ordered the eco shower head. Fantastic service. Fantastic product at an excellent price. Will definitely use this company again.

Bought some led drivers to replace blown ones in patio lights. Bought through eBay, arrived quickly, worked fine, very happy 😀

First time user of this seller and the products/delivery/communication was excellent,
I will definitely be using them again + price competitive

I had a problem with my Victron Cerbo GX-S which I reported to Victron. Lowenergysupermarket asked me to return the unit to them. As the unit was found to be faulty and beyond repair they promptly supplied a new replacement unit. All working properly again now.
Thank you lowenerysupermarket for your excellent aftermarket service.

I ordered a part night photo electric control, the best price around, and great quality. Well made, easy to fit, easy to setup. Would highly recommend Low Energy Supermarket, check them out!

Ordered a door draft exclusion kit it arrived really quickly. Quality was excellent good value for the price. Would highly recommend this supplier.

We bought their Stormguard Aquacarrier Qlon Around Door Seal Durable Draught Excluder Weather Proofing Strip. An excellent product that finally solves draft proofing our 200 year old cottage front door! Thanks. What would make this product even better is a simple fitting instruction leaflet. I am a retired engineer so fitting the seal was straight forward, but for, lets say, less practical people it could have been a bit of a challenge. Something a long the lines of a list of tools needed ie fine tooth junior hacksaw, measuring tape, and a simple procedure to cut and install the seal. However, having said that it is a very good product.

Timer Plugs - Great value for money. Very easy to set programme timer (15-20 settings available). Lamps around house turn on/off without having to go round and do it every day. Great despatch and delivery time.
Would recommend and buy from again.

Smooth ordering process and delivery. I was pleased that they sold outdoor timer day night photocells which can be difficult to get hold of, the price was very reasonable.

Was looking at an expensive kitchen tap replacement but found a small part from lowenergys... that did the trick for very little cost. Ordered (via Amazon) but delivered promptly - fitted, working and brilliant

Excellent customer service.
Ordered and received in 48hours. One item was the wrong colour. I emailed with a picture and the corrected item was with me in another 48 hours. Excellent service when things go wrong is all you can ask. Mistakes happen.

Good value product to save water in toilet cistern.

All products tested have failed.

Small bathroom with 3 x2w led lamps works fine on standard on/off switch - no fan in circuit.

(i) Tried PIR switch (twice) -timing was inconsistent - turned off inconsistently, one wouldn't turnn on again even waving in front of it for 5-10 seconds.
(ii) Tried timer button switch (twice) with their supplied capacitor, would start to flicker after 15-20 seconds
(iii) Tried their motion switch - didn't work at all - caused fuse to go.

Re the latter I sent them a pic of the wiring - their reply was " we can't advise on electrical matters" refused to comment.

So great ideas, but poor execution

Response to reply

I have now installed a timer switch from another manufacturer - works great - one thing different is that there is a jumper for different Watt loads - is this a problem for you ?

Purchased item from this company on Thursday, arrived Friday, brilliant, working perfectly, great price

Our front door had a very ineffective rain deflector with rain finding its way under the door and onto the carpet in the porch. As the outside of the house was undergoing complete maintenance and repainting, this was a good time to replace the deflector. We ordered the Double Fin Rain Deflector which certainly appears well designed and well made. It was simple to replace and the recent very wet weather has put it to the test - with very promising results. So far then: a good, modern product, delivered quickly, easy to fit and effective.
