Well made items that work for me and my dog.

I’m very pleased with both items I ordered. The raised bowls are great for my young dog and the cooling mat feels cool. Thank you.

I couldn’t believe how flimsy your…

I couldn’t believe how flimsy your product was, such bad quality and very overpriced. To be honest I would of paid no more than £5 for this product so I feel very disappointed and totally let down!

Be more transparent

Following an online chat, which I found informative and helpful, I opted to place my order - a cool mat for my young cat (1 year's old).

At the time of placing my order, I expected the order to be fulfilled immediately. However, as time passed by, it became very apparent that orders were being supplied from China and not the UK. To write I was disappointed would be an understatement as tracked the parcel getting held up at customs clearance in the UK.
Would I order from this supplier again - probably not. I try to select businesses in the UK that support folk trying to make an honest quid.
Transparency needs from the supplier ought to be far greater would be my advice.

Awful company - overpriced junk

Awful company. Cheap junk from China. Delivery took ages and the dog bowl is just poor quality it’s going in the bin. Could’ve got better from a pound shop. Totally ripped off.
