I've been working with Listenza for a few months now, and honestly, it's been a really positive experience. So far, I've gotten two active listings from the leads they've provided, and I also have a few more listing appointments in the pipeline that I'm excited about.
A big shout out to my account manager, Adam. I'm getting connected with seller leads through live transfers. That personal support has made a big difference for me.
What I like most is that the leads are real opportunities, and the team is always there to help. I'm looking forward to closing more deals and continuing to grow my business with Listenza.

Their telemarketers do not respect the Do Not Call List. I was called and harassed by a representative that tried to pitch their service. He was extremely rude and hung up on me when I said I was on the Do Not Call List.

This group is not really like any other Lead service that I paid for in the past. My favorite part is when I get the live transfer. My account manager tees me up and passes the lead right over to me. While I haven’t closed one yet and the number of leads are fewer, the leads are a warmer conversations and I feel like I am getting closer on several of these options.

I want to be specific because vague reviews don't help anyone. I signed up for the Gold Plan at $1,800. My first live transfer came on day 11, seller who had already been qualified by their team. We met three days later, signed the listing agreement the same week, and closed at $410,000 in 52 days. This is the real deal.

Just finishing up my second month. Got 4 leads so far, 2 went nowhere, 1 I'm still working, and 1 turned into a listing appointment this week. Not blowing up my phone but the quality is there which is what I care about. Way better than buying random lists. Adam has been good about following up with me too. Been in real estate 11 years and tried pretty much every lead source out there. I've never had a lead company actually put a real motivated seller on my phone. First transfer I got, the lady was ready to list within 30 days. Big Shout out to Carlos.... Keep it up man!

I like how they transfer sellers to me on live calls. My account manager Tim is very nice and helpful. They are providing genuine leads.

I have received several leads from Adam and the one that I received last week was for a property with 7.5 acres a great home and a 3 stall horse barn . I am working with the seller and to get it listed. Listenza is a

I am happily saying that I got my first listing appointment from them out of 3 leads., I have found a lead source that actually works the way lead generation companies should.

Good So far, I have received 4 leads in the past two months, and they were all real sellers. I have visited one of the properties and am hopeful that I will be listing it in the coming months. Carlos has been very understanding and supportive.

It took 1 month to get my first live transfer, but it was actually a real seller. I would say it takes some time, but they definitely provide quality leads.

I was excited about using this company but I have only received one lead from them in a month. It’s a land listing for 30k. I’m meeting with the seller in a few days.I sure hope it gets better before my first 90 days are over.
