Low Energy Supermarket Omdömen

What went wrong.....I ordered some items from this company and paid £6.99 for Parcelforce express 48 tracked delivery....and who do they send it with...EVRI....I have tried ringing them 3 times, low and behold no one answers,I have emailed them twice, low and behold no reply....I want to know why was I charged for Parcelforce and ended up with Evri I think 2 stars is generous for being ripped off.Even on my receipt it states Parcelforce 48 Express Tracked £6.99

I found exactly what i need i one place.
Very good servise

My thermostat plugs were sent very quickly and were delivered neatly to my safe place by Evri

Ordered some led drivers, drivers are. good quality and cheap prices also very fast delivery.Would order from here again.

Have use the company for a couple of years now, excellent product, price and service. Can't really say anymore.

Item arrived in good time and was exactly as described and exactly what I needed to do the job i.e draft proof the join in the middle of my double front door. I had fitted the fine filliment type previously but on a sunny day the light streamed through. I removed and fitted the rubberized tube provided by Low Energy and as it's a sunny day the evidence of the seal is like day and night. Where there was light, it was no more and therefore better draft excluding.

With Winter approaching, it was time to replace some of the perished seals around doors and windows. Found this company on the internet selling a product I have used 10+ years ago - a self adhesive air-filled door and window sealant at a very good price. Ordered around lunchtime, delivery was by 10am the following day. Marvellous service!

Quick delivery and very good prices

Ordered a photocell for school external lights price was half of what we would have paid through an Electrical wholesaler

Take your money and don’t deliver the goods. They blame the courier but the deal I had was with them not Evri so it’s up to them to sort the problem. This they were not willing to do so take some advice and avoid this company as they will happily rip you off and blame others.

Bought their power monitor 2-pack, have used this same monitor for years and needed more and their price was far better than with the previous seller and it arrived very quickly! Great seller, highly recommend!

good price eco-friendly product from this family business

An easy to use website is a bonus, and the product was with us the next day. A nice company to do business with.

I bought the sealing tape for an exterior job which had a narrow gap between tiles which needed filling and am very pleased with it. High tack, easy to use.

I ordered a replacement tap aerator. It was Easy to order, very quick free delivery. I would certainly recommend

ordered 6 A60 ES27 led bulbs for my kitchen lights uprating from 2700k to 6500k. What a difference! Quick delivery too. So impressed, I've just ordered 6 more!

They have a great selection of low energy bulbs to choose from. I'm led intolerant, and struggle to use them. Thankfully I found this company and reverted to cycle bulbs. Headaches gone! Fast turnaround helped, will use again.

A great product. Delivered on time.

The product supplied is a good brand and the service was speedy and trouble free.

I ordered a mppt controller which was supposed to be delivered today. It wasn't even though i was given two delivery times it would not have mattered as there was someone waiting all day. I was then told they had attempted to deliver it. They hadn't.
I was then told they would try again on Monday. Now i am being told they won't even message me until next Wednesday, a full week after it should have been here. I would never use this company again and would advise others to keep away.
