i'm really annoyed that instead of…
i'm really annoyed that instead of being send e tickets after making my booking I was informed I would have to check in 72 hours before actually attending the theatre - I have to wait for an email from the theatre. this will make me anxious and I don't want a system that is like checking on to a flight. Having bought the tickets - which are non-refundable - I want to be sent e tickets immediately so I can print them out and know that everything is settled.

I contacted Lovetheatre in order to cancel my ticket for High Society at the Barbican. The cancellation was sorted out very swiftly and with great efficiency by Patrick, and the refund was organised in similar fashion. I am deeply impressed.

I have booked theatre tickets with Love…
I have booked theatre tickets with Love Theatre a few times now and it has always been very easy and successful experience.
However I recently booked to see the Chaka khan show at Wembley and as one of our party has an issue and needs to sit in an aisle seat on the right I always look at the seating plan and book a seat accordingly.
Unfortunately with this venue this was very difficult as it has a fluid seating plan and changes it seems for lots of shows.
After spending about 5 hours trying to find a seating plan , looking at reviews and holding in a queuing system that I thought could tell me I discovered the only way to contact this venue was to email.
I then book row A to the right and end of the row , however when the venue emailed me back a couple of days after I had booked they advised that although this looked like an aisle seat it was not there was a rail / wall there.
I contacted Love theatre to see if there was any way they could help me to change the seats to accommodate our need and right from the first email they were so helpful.
They advised they would contact the venue to see what could be done and kept me updated and Informed all the way through.
Today I received a reply to say that they had heard back from the the theatre and have managed to change us to completely suitable seating.
I cannot thank Kat and Patrick at Love theatre support enough they were very helpful , understanding and efficient and felt that this sort of service deserved to be recognised.
I would also like to thank the Troubadour Wembley Park for liaising and making this possible too , I don’t have the person name to thank personally but feel credit is due to all involved.
I will definitely continue to use Love theatre to book seats in the future but how good to know that there service is so good if you need to contact them

During the booking process I selected Block C, Row A, seats A13–A18.
However, my confirmation email shows Block C, seats B11–B16.
Could you please confirm whether the seats were automatically reassigned because the original seats became unavailable during checkout?

I can see that the initial payment for the row A seats failed, when you have tried again you then picked up row B, as row A would need to have been released so wouldn't have shown on the plan. So you do have row B.
