Painless change of booking to a later date

Lesley made my experience GREAT. She worked tirelessly to find me seats that suied my needs. I had made my booking for two seats and then Charing Cross
announced its closure dates my booking was right in the middle of the dates. Plus my daughter being a school teacher was limited with dates she could do and I have a bad knee tat needed extra room. Lesley worked and worked until she found exactly what I needed it took a fews days but she never gave up and was endlessly kind. Thank You Lesley you are a STAR

You took my payment 5 times and my bank…
You took my payment 5 times and my bank called up to clarify whether this was fraudulent because your website kept crashing and saying there was an error.
Your response is extremely unhelpful. I bought 2 tickets initially using Apple Pay to which your website kept crashing and you took my payment 5 times. I then went on to buy 1 more ticket when my bank called to check this wasn't fraudulent for it to be declined twice and then payment was taken.
This is not acceptable.

Avoid so you are not duped.
I was very disappointed to discover that I was charged £150 per ticket for Abigail's Party at the Harold Pinter Theatre, when the same tickets are available directly from the theatre's own website for £128.13 per ticket.
I feel I have been misled and significantly overcharged. What is particularly concerning is that LoveTheatre states that the face value of the tickets is £150, when this does not appear to be the case. The theatre's own website clearly lists these tickets at £128.13, making it difficult to understand how £150 can be described as their face value.
I would appreciate an explanation as to why I was charged considerably more than the price advertised by the theatre itself, and why the face value has been presented in a way that appears to be inaccurate. I also ask that you review this matter and consider reimbursing the difference.

Brilliant play! Loved the storyline and twist and the actors were so good in their roles.
