I lost my tickets
I brought 2 tickets to see Hamilton in December for me and our granddaughter, Her birthday is in a couple of weeks and i could not find the tickets anywhere so i sent over a email and within 24h a Lady called Lesley saved the day and sent them over, what a great service.

Easy to exchange tickets - excellent customer service!
I had booked a theatre show but other plans came up. I thought it would be a long shot but looked into the possibility of exchanging the tickets for the same show on date a couple days earlier. It was easy to follow the prompts on the portal.
Lesley was amazing and came back to me on the same day! Our tickets were quickly and seamlessly exchanged. Thank you Lesley for your help! Very impressed with the customer service and highly recommend LOVEtheatre.

No confirmation for theatre tickets ordered
I have ordered two tickets for a show in November 2026 from LoveTheatre. The cost came to £96.00 which has been deducted from my account but after 24 hours I have received no confiormation of the transaction. The LoveTheatre website says that they are experiencing heavy demand etc etc and it requests me not to get back in touch with them if I have not heard back from them within 10 days. THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. I don't have much confidence in this organisation.

Great value theatre tickets site with an easy to manage booking site.
Easy site to manage and book tickets with and great prices. Usually a price range that older people can afford which enables them to still enjoy trips to our great theatres.
