Lorna Jane sent me an email with an offer to purchase a top for an extra 20% off before midnight. So I did only to find the price dropped by nearly $100 at midnight! So dodgy and they would not honour the price difference. I used to love this brand but clothes quality and customer service are way down.

I bought two pairs of tights, one of which I had only worn once when I noticed the stitching on the outside leg had come undone and was pulling out.
I tried to contact customer care multiple times, only to talk to an AI chat. There is no email or phone number to contact an actual person. When i finally did get through to someone they told me they would send a post label to return them.
Fast forward a week later and I still hadn’t received the post label.
I tried to contact customer care online to which I was told to come back the next day!!!!! It clearly states on the website I can contact a staff member from 9-5- it was 2pm when I contacted them. It’s just a joke- for a big business and expensive items I am so disappointed in both the product and the support I received. I asked to be compensated for my troubles which they would not comply, they only offered for me to return my item and get a replacement, or a refund. I was happy with this option before I was stuffed around for two weeks!
I would not buy from them again. The quality of their items have gone down hill tremendously over the years. I am soooo furious with the lack of empathy and customer service from this business.

Ebony and Mikaela at the Rouse Hill store in NSW were so helpful and positive. They were friendly and supportive. Lorna Jane are lucky to have these girls working for them.

Recently ordered a pair of the Lotus leggings on sale, however they tore within literally 2 hours of wearing!! The material is thin and flimsy and not at all what I’d expect for the price. I’ve bought leggings from Kmart that are better quality! Won’t shop here again sadly

Honestly one of the most difficult shops I’ve ever had to deal with. I never shop at Lorna Jane because their prices are so high but I decided to treat myself since they were having sales and I wanted to give them a fair shot. I regret it so much. I emailed them and never got a response, their AI generated responses are so frustrating, it’s so hard to speak to an actual person. Biggest muck around will not shop here and would not recommend to anyone.

Bought Amy leggings 3 years ago in store and they are amazing! Special lining inside the booty area to keep you squat proof and really lifts and complements the booty shape. Really beautiful and firm but flexible. My favourite leggings!

Then just bought Amy leggings online last week (3 years later) and I’m actually shocked at the decline in quality. They are so thin and the special booty lining is missing. They do nothing for your shape and they arnt fully squat proof.

I feel like my original Amy’s are luxury to wear and these new ones are very average.
What has happened?!

Hayley was very helpful with my exchange/return enquiry and resolved it promptly. I gave a 4 out of 5 stars rating as sometimes issues are complex and it's easier to speak directly to someone over the phone than having to type out an explanation. As this isn't possible, I took off 1 star.

Very rude staff , customer service is not helpful. To buy their product, everything is flashy and looks good when it comes to quality and responsibility, is the responsibility of the customer not to spend money in their store as once you pay all its your responsibility and there would be 1000 reasons why you can’t return or change .

I have bought few good items but when the material is faulty, I have received very unreasonable responses with zero support for customers.

So it’s a time to change the Brand now for me!

I had this experience twice in Karrinyup shopping centre and both times customer service had zero responsibility.

Won’t go back again!

After purchasing black3/4 leggings 3 years ago they began to fray on both legs- they looked disgusting. My gym friends all commented on the poor quality compared to their gym wear. Customer service was poor with no explanations or resolution. I had photos and bank statements to prove my purchase but it didn’t help my cause. I will never buy from this company again.

Bought a long sleeve t shirt and some other items recently the shirt quality so horrific so thin and completely see through at $60+ this is absolutely disgusting. I also got a sweat shirt costing $100+ and honestly such poor quality again so thin and not useful for winter.
Interestingly I tried to write a review on their website about said garments but that option was no where to be found despite having 5 star reviews on there…

Very disappointed with the quality of the product from Lorna Jane. It pilled after a few washes. When I reached out to the Co. they gave me advice on how to wash properly 😫 Not what I expected from a premium active wear brand.

I have spent hour upon hour trying to havemy name and email removed as I am receiving countless messages about their sales etc. I have sent screen shots to the store but have been told that I cannot speak to head office. They keep telling me that this should not be happening. Well it is! This is so very frustrating and annoying. Ruby from Burnside has been trying to assist and it looks like finally she has sorted it out. Thank you Ruby for your efforts.

The sizing varies significantly depending on the design. I was also misled into thinking they had a presence in Singapore. After receiving the item, I realised that my usual size did not fit, and when I attempted to return it, I discovered that the shipping cost from Singapore to Australia was far higher than the value of the item itself.

I had so much great experience with LJ, not even once disappointed! The quality , the fit and the nice service at chadston store. The ladies are so helpful in there and happy with LJ.

I bought quite a few pairs of Lorna tights. All have holes in them 6 months later. Never again will I support her rich elite lifestyle. Kmart has better quality ☺️

What a delight to visit Mikaela from the Rockhampton store today!! From the moment I walked in she was friendly and helpful. Thank you for ensuring I was aware of all the latest offers and even updating my emails so I could receive updates! Thank you for making my shopping experience so wonderful!!

I had a $100 gift card and I went to use it on line. The remainder was $7.95 and I placed both the gift card number and pin and then my Visa card number. The whole amount came off my Visa. I contacted Lorna Jane and the customer service care factor was zero. I knew that they would not be helpful as I have had issues with LJ customer service before. I will never buy from LJ again. The gift card will be used for a friends gift and then never will LJ receive my money.

Daniella served me at the Marion Store in SA. Daniella's customer service was exceptional, she took care to understand my needs and her bubbly personality really made me feel at ease.
I would recommend Daniella to all customers.

My husband bought me the 1 litre insulated water bottle, it wasn’t cheap ($60) so the quality really surprised me as it leaked right from the outset, the rubber band carrier broke after a week and the paint has all chipped off.
Very disappointing as everything else I’ve bought from this company has always been great quality.

I love Lorna Jane clothing! I go so often my kids say it’s my favourite store lol (and they are right!) ... the staff always greet you with a smile and are eager to help. Their online support is always quick and very helpful too.
Although I own and love many of their clothing items -love the quality, comfort and beautiful vibrant colours and the vibrancy of the black and white items!
My absolute favourite is their flared leggings (particularly the Lotus)! If you don't already own a pair please do yourself a favour and buy a pair, I promise they will instantly be your most loved wardrobe item! They are so comfy! They dont move or slip at all, feel incredibly soft, are cleverly designed (love the invisible pocket at the waistband) but most of all, are incredibly flattering -as soon as I tried them on my daughter emphatically told me I should never wear anything else! They are very slimming but also elongate the legs and also emphasise natural curves -to me they are Lorna Jane's best product -although everything else is amazing too! I’ve owned them for two and a half years now and wear them several times a week and they are exactly like the day I bought them -perfect condition-even though I wear and wash them so often! (Also highly recommend their tops, jumpers and flash dance pants)
Love the quality, look and beautiful colours of all their items -can't recommend Lorna Jane highly enough! Once you try -you'll never go back to anything else!
