I found the LOGIT team to be really easy to work with, willing to listen to how our workflow operated and suggesting how LOGIT could work with that, and not the other way around, which was refreshing. Recommended.

So just over 18 months ago we started with Logit and Scott was great in the initial set up stages. Over the last 12 months Kacey has held our hands and guided us expertly through an onboarding experience that has been amazing. Every aspect and detail has been spot on and I cant thank the team enough. I would highly recommend this to any business. It is so versatile and adaptable to suit every need of our varied operations.

A year ago we've partnered with TriSaaS to implement the RotaKing module for time management, and quickly discovered the system offers so much more. A year later, we’re excited to introduce the LOGIT module as well.

The platform is well designed, and the TriSaaS team has been outstanding....responsive, flexible, and genuinely committed to develop the system to our needs. Special thanks to Kacey, Kheil, and Giorgia, who have been a pleasure to work with but also other unsigned heroes who pick up telephone and chats.

Everyone we have dealt with at triSaaS have been brilliant. Right from the get-go their service, attention to detail and responsiveness have been exemplary. So many companies are great with new customers and not so great with their ongoing support. Not triSaaS! We have been using logit across all our sites and it works great.
I am also able to see everything centrally and alerted if a check is missing. I also find the reporting function great to be able to pull data and trend data.
If there has ever been a question or query there support team has been fantastic as well as our account manager (Michael) who has supported the company and myself in the use of logit, always willing to help and provide support.
