Lock Stock and Barrel went far and beyond for me to get the type of coffee table I wanted. They had their supplier make a bespoke table. It took a while for delivery, but it was out of their control. We are so pleased, would definitely recommend Lock Stock.

Bespoke items do take approximately 12-16 weeks to be made and shipped to the UK but if you are able to wait it is nice to get exactly what you want.

They kept me up to date on the delay on my order and offered a refund if I didn’t want to wait. It was worth the wait, lovely bed. Delivery was excellent. The items were carried into my flat and placed where I wanted them.

Great service and great products
Before I purchased from this company, I must have sent a dozen emails asking various questions - all were answered in a timely and helpful manner. After I purchased, I was advised of a delivery date and my new furniture arrived in the morning, it was all put in the room I wanted it, and all the packaging was removed and taken away. A great service. The furniture is fantastic, and really completes my living room.

The wardrobe was really nice
The wardrobe was really nice, but there was no instructions so I ended up building it twice and for a £1500 wardrobe, I really would expect instructions . But still once built it’s a lovely piece of furniture.

I heard about Lock Stock and Barrel…
I heard about Lock Stock and Barrel from a lovely old man who runs an incredible air bnb in Bath, he had their mattresses (1000 Memory) on all beds.
I moved recently and upgraded to a kins size bed and treated myself with their mattress. Super happy with the purchase, I find it so comfortable, just the right amount of firm and soft. Highly recommend!
It did take a while to get it delivered (about two weeks, exactly as the website states) bit the guys who delivered it were lovely and helped to take it up to the second floor of our flat, despite my order stating it was ground floor.

The craftmanship in the Cabinet was Excellent and good value for money
The craftmanship in the making of the cabinet is spot on, shelves fit perfect and is solid, the doors and draws are of excellent quality. More room inside than we thought.
delivery could have been better with at least one or two people as only one person came, and would have appreciated them putting the bottom shelf into the cupboard be low, even though it took a long time to receive our Cabinet it was well worth it, would certainly recommend anyone wanted a solid wood cabinet to to deal with Lock Stock and Barrel.
