New York quality
I have made two purchases from the New York furniture line, a TV unit and side table. Both delivered as promised at a very reasonable price to Ireland. The measurements are very exact and the quality of the wood is very high. Beautifully made and delivered in pristine condition. Lovely furniture and matchless customer service
Beautifully made furniture and matchless customer service. I liked the bedroom furniture from the Olivia range but was not keen on the colour of the wood stain or lacquered finish. I was delighted to be offered the option to place a customised order with the stain colour and wax finish that I preferred. Lock Stock and Barrel were brilliant - helpful, friendly and communicative with updates on the status of my order and estimated delivery time and even sending me photos of my newly built furniture before it was shipped to the UK. Such thoughtful customer service is rare these days - and the furniture is absolutely beautiful!

Lock Stock and Barrel went far and beyond for me to get the type of coffee table I wanted. They had their supplier make a bespoke table. It took a while for delivery, but it was out of their control. We are so pleased, would definitely recommend Lock Stock.
