With regard to the odour we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. It does occasionally happen where the furniture has been packed up and we would suggest airing the room well that the piece of furniture is in and any odour should dissipate within a few days.

Ordered this frame and really pleased with it. Thank you Amy and Suzanne for dealing
with all the requests. Really appreciate it. The timescale was mentioned beforehand so that was great and we knew what we were in for. The bed itself is lovely. Samples were very helpful especially for colour matching.
If anything, having more dense wood would be ideal but as it is, it is really well made, beautifully crafted and good quality. Thanks

Our experience with the staff at Lock
Our experience with the staff at Lock Stock and Barrel was very good - they did everything they said they would do after we placed our order.
We were, however, slightly disappointed with the actual (expensive) filing cabinet received - drawers not very smooth; "shallower" than expected, taking fewer files than anticipated; etc.
But, overall, a good experience with LS&B staff.

Great Quality
We bought another bookcase from Lock Stock and Barrel after seeing how good the first one is!
We needed a narrow tall one to fit in a space in the office so opted for one to match the other style wise, just a different shape.
Like the other we bought - it's great. Really well packed and delivered by a hard-working professional team of English gents who carried it upstairs for us no problem.
Super furniture from a great company who employ the best English delivery teams you could ask for.
Five Stars - will buy more furniture for the spare bedroom! Lovely staff when you speak to them on the phone too. Great company!

Overall First Class
The quality and finish to the product can only be described as First Class. We were kept fully informed throughout the manufacture period with photographs issued on a regular basis. The only gremlin in the works was the length of time to deliver the product. This seemed to take an inordinate amount of time from when the photographs of the finished work were issued to the point of delivery.
The physical delivery was very smooth and the deliverers were extremely helpful.
