Liwisi Omdömen 

Total scam. Order jersey through "Lissi" which also goes by liwisi. Never received package. Sent 4 emails and absolutely no response. Filed fraud complaint with my bank, bbb, and ftc. So sad these so called companies are thieves. And this was through Shopify and couldn't even simply file complaint through them.

Missing items and misleading information

I am dissatisfied with a recent purchase due to several issues with the order on 26/7/26

1/ Two items from the order were not received. Concern raised 4 weeks ago but NO response received.
2/ One item was listed as a "SET", but i received the top and not the matching trousers. When i raised the issue, I was advised that the TOP and Pants are sold separately. This was not clear at the time of purchase, as the item was presented as a "SET", which reasonably led me to believe that both pieces were included. I believe the product description was misleading and did not clearly communicate that the top and trousers needed to be purchased separately. I would appreciate a suitable resolution , including either delivery of the missing items or a full refund.
What is most disappointing is the way my concerns have been handled. i expect a more helpful and customer-focused response, particularly when the product description was unclear and items were missing from the order.
Although there are many nice and appealing items on Liwisi website, based on this experience amd the poor customer service response, I do not think I will be making further purchases from Liwisi.

One week on, there is still no response or resolution to the issues as promised by Liwisi customer service team that they would review the issue within 24 hours.

Linsiwo sent me the wrong size out when I, ordered some Sandals. They refused to accept their mistake or give me a free return label.
I found their customer service unhelpful.
I would never use them again

My husband sent me a link to Liwisi, so I've made a few purchases from here. Almost everything I bought from Liwisi was a success for me. The clothes fit really well, I get a lot of compliments, and I feel great wearing them. I mostly purchase office wear, which boosts my confidence; sometimes I even look forward to going to work just to wear a new outfit from Liwisi.There was one shirt that was too big for me, but customer service gave me a couple of options and everything worked out well. I even ended up styling the oversized shirt in a different way. Overall, the quality is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable—far cheaper than designer clothes. I will definitely be purchasing more pieces for my wardrobe!

I have ordered several times from this company and am pleased with the quality of everything I ordered. I had a little trouble returning one item that didn't fit me quite right, as the company was initially unresponsive to my email inquiries, but I believe this was a glitch and when the team did get back to me, they resolved the issue very generously.

Received my denim dress. Colour of fabric different shown in picture and the fabric did not look like the one the model was wearing. The label tag for size has been cut away also. Looks like some resale clothes.

Dress came in too big for an S size. The size tag has been removed. Disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Issues are resolved immediately. They really appreciate their customers. I also learned to size up, since some of their items run small.

I ordered last week two dresses and sent emails requesting update of my orders’ delivery and a link for tracking but got no reply. At least a response up to this day, not too much to ask.
I saw their add in FB and got interested with
clothes’ style and placed the order, issue is their contact support is not active.
How can a business work with no proactive communication with customers.
