The pearls are large and very lovely. I was inspired to purchase black pearls by a recent visit to Japan. I was very pleased to find such good quality product in Canada.
The order was delivered as advertised in a special box.

I was flabbergasted by the quality and beauty of the multi color pearl bracelet that I ordered. Also the packaging is exquisite. I purchased this as a gift for my niece for her sweet 16 so I really wanted something youthful, vibrant but timeless and this is it for sure. I did a lot of research before buying from the pearl source and I am always hesitant to order online. The ordering process was flawless and The delivery was excellent. I seriously am considering my next purchase for me.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with The Pearl Source.

I purchased a pearl necklace last year and a bracelet more recently as gifts for my wife. Unfortunately, both items have had serious quality issues. The bracelet clasp doesn’t stay closed, making it impossible for her to wear. Even worse, the pearl necklace completely fell apart in my hands when I tried to put it on her for her birthday this morning.

When I contacted customer service, I was told to try adjusting the clasp myself by “stretching” it, which is not something I would expect to do with fine jewelry. They also declined a video call and instead offered to have me send the item back for inspection at my own expense, potentially followed by a repair quote.

Overall, the product quality does not match expectations for the price, and the support experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
