I am writing this review on my experience of New Zealand Little Nation.
Efficient replies via email support.
Product arrived within 2 days.
I was kept up to date with order processing.
The tiny bike I ordered for my 14 month grandson was exactly as advertised.
He loves it

Scammers!!! Is all I can say.. spent £116 and they had the audacity to give me a refund of £3.. didn’t even receive the item.. never got a email for delivery but apparently got delivered.. its not a uk based company it’s just a third party middle man

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the bike I purchased and the poor customer service from Little Nation. I bought this bike less than a year ago for my 3-year-old daughter, expecting a safe and reliable product. Instead, it has been nothing but a safety hazard.

First, the handlebars fell off, then the pedal detached, causing my daughter to fall. They sent replacements, but soon after, the tires wore out within just three months of occasional use. Most concerningly, the handlebars and pedal have fallen off again, leading to another dangerous fall for my daughter.

I reached out to the company over two months ago, and despite my repeated attempts, their customer service has been incredibly slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. They are refusing to provide a refund or a replacement bike, only offering to send more parts—despite my serious safety concerns. To make matters worse, they have now stopped responding to my emails entirely.

It is unacceptable to sell a children’s bike that repeatedly falls apart and endangers a child’s safety. I strongly warn other parents against purchasing from this company. The only time they responded to me was after I left a negative review—this says everything about how they treat customers.

I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration, safety risks, and poor service I have experienced. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered the play couch for my daughter’s birthday and I was kicking myself for not taking the bad reviews more seriously. It came in the smallest box and I thought I’d been scammed. The box was suitably heavy which filled me with a little bit of confidence. After opening the box and the packaging the play couch literally sprang to life and it has been fabulous ever since. It’s really very big - we had to find it a new home as it doesn’t fit in the spot we’d designated it, and we have so much fun building with it, jumping on it, making dens, the quality is fantastic. I was really worried about ordering from here due to the bad reviews and the price of the couch is really cheap compared to other branded ones, but it’s perfect. Delivery was super speedy, great product, happy children 10/10 would order again - if I had a mansion and needed multiple play couches!

Such a great balance bike for young kids! Our daughter took to it straight away and has been having a great time learning how to ride it. Little Nation products are always great quality.

Easy process to order a product and great delivery time.

We have purchased a few items now from Little Nation and all of them have been of exceptional quality and have a been a true delight for our grandson. We have purchased the balance bike and the little kitchen. We also at the last minute ordered a bike helmet and it arrived so quickly just before Christmas. Excellent service.

Ordered a small bike for our toddler and it’s been a hit! We have had to hide the bike a few times when we are too tired to keep going! Lol

Would avoid at all costs. My mum brought a balance bike from the site for Christmas which never turned up. After multiple try's to get in contact I had to go through my bank for a refund.

The order was delivered fine and the product (a bike helmet) was OK, but the returns process was awful. They do it by email and make you jump through lots of hoops, and then don't even reply. They eventually told me I had to send it via an Australian courier service, despite being in the UK?! Have eventually had a partial refund but would 100% avoid this company in future.

Ordered a grey mat, the colour of the mat is blue. Was told too bad by the company that’s the colour of the “grey” mat. Provided a $40 refund for my very disappointing product that did not match the description. Had plans on purchasing many more things from this shop, but will be avoiding like the plague and wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing.

If I could give ‘0’ stars I would. This company is a scam. Was supposed to be 48 hr delivery, after a week of nothing I queried this. It took them another week to get back to me. They first tried to claim that I hadn’t paid them …tell me how I supposed to have placed an order without paying? Once I sent them proof and told them to cancel the order and refund me it took a further week to get a response to which they told me they had shipped the item! I told them I no longer wanted it as I had brought from a more reputable company. They couldn’t cancel it so arranged to return, I provided returns information as requested and sent the item back. After a further MONTH I had had no refund or reply so chased them AGAIN. Finally got told I was being refunded within five working days, well guess what it’s been six working days and I still don’t have my money. They have now had my money for nearly three months and no sign of getting it back. I’m going to have to claim it back through my bank at this rate. Do.not.use.this.company.

Bought a bike that never showed up. 1 response saying they’d lodged an inquiry with Aus post, then no responses to my multiple follow ups. Scammed !

you can’t return the products.

They ask you to fill out a form to return product an automatic email response tells you there is a high volume of email. I’ve waited 20 days now with no response. No other way of contacting them

Awful company. I wish I’d read the reviews here first. I ordered the play sofa for Christmas. Item never arrived, no response on contacting them other than an automatic out of office for Christmas email. I contacted them after the Christmas break and was told the huge play sofa was “lost” but they had sent a replacement. Replacement never arrived. This is a scam company. Please avoid.

Ordered a child's helmet and the wrong item was dispatched. Two months later still no response from customer service
