I made an order for a 8ft trampoline, when it arrived it was an 8ft trampoline net? I emailed and was told I had orderd box 1 if 2 boxes for the 8ft trampoline? When I orderd i believed i was ordering a trampoline, there was no indication I was ordering a net. To return the net and get a refund it must be completed within 14 days, to order the second box which contains the mat and rest of the trampoline, including shipping, total cost will be 500.00.
Rip off.
To improve u0date web advertising, go look on the website,I made a search on the web site for 8ft trampoline net and noting came up? I d9nt understand what's happend.
I am gping to pay for the net and throw it out, they won't be getting anymore money from me.

Received the wrong item, emailed them and did a help desk ticket, took 3 days to reply asking for a photo of item I received, sent photo nothing since been another 3 days. No number to call them. Went through there online chat and it's no longer talking to me. Have used them before about 5 years ago and no issues. Must of had a change in ownership. Shocking customer service.

Customer service is terrible. They labelled our order incorrectly so that it has still not been delivered when ordered 10 days ago. Yesterday after many tries to contact them, online chat never had anyone there, no phone number, they finally responded to email and said they would send another one. Today tracking shows that it still hasn't been collected from sender, and my grandson's birthday is today - so too late now. I gave them my phone number so they could contact me in multiple emails, and requested them to call but they never do. I would never use them again.

What went wrong:-

They never delivered my product
They lied about the delivery
Their courier (Evri) lied about the delivery
2 weeks later they try and blame the failed delivery on me.
They took 2 weeks to refund my money

Do not buy from this company. I order lots of goods on line because of where I live. Never, have I come across such awful customer service. I made my order and my credit card was quickly debited. I had an email thanking me for my order and that it had been dispatched. My item has not arrived and despite contacting them through their "help ticket" email, chat and social media, I have heard nothing. I shall be following up with my credit card company to obtain a refund. It's such a shame as I was looking forward to giving my grandson his trike. Shame on you Little Nation. You're quick to take people's money, but not so quick to supply what they have paid for.

Terrible company. Temu quality products just rebranded and given a big markup. They want pics/videos just for you to return their incredibly subpar products and then stuff you around a lot. I bought a kids camera which proceeded to freeze every 20min of use and had the worst quality camera and mic known to man. Very disappointed 6 year old on his birthday

We ordered a 12 ft trampoline from Little Nation and only 2 of 3 boxes arrived, which completely ruined our son's 4th birthday. They have no customer service they are based in Australia and you can not call them and they pick and choose what emails/questions they will respond to. If my bank hadnt stepped in and refunded me I dont think I would ever have received a refund from LN directly the company are a complete sham. Please stay well clear of this organisation for the sake of your own sanity and welfare.

My product has never arrived. I paid for quick delivery and I am still waiting for my product. They are now claiming it is missing but they are apparently investigating it but not sending out a new product and not issuing a refund.
I am having extremely poor communication from someone called Charlyn. Do not buy from this company.

I am in the UK and ordered a 14 inch bike with stabilisers and had trouble with the pedals falling off every time my son used it. I emailed them over a week ago and told them of the issue and they ( a customer advisor called Charlyn) have ignored me. Do not order from them. A cycle shop said the bike is shoddy and has outdated parts.

I placed Order #800914 on July 1, 2025, and it's marked as completed, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. We ordered 2 bikes and 1 helmet, but only the helmet arrived. After reaching out to the company, I was met with vague excuses regarding the status of our missing bikes, with no clear ETA provided.

Initially, we were told all items would be delivered, but now it seems the key products are delayed indefinitely. The communication has been incredibly poor, and there’s no phone number available to speak with a representative directly.

I highly recommend looking for another provider if you want reliable service and transparency. This experience has been very frustrating.

We ordered a grey tatami rug for our 9 month old to play on. Within less than 24 hours we had loads of threads coming out and was told its wear and tear not covered under warranty?! How does a rug have wear and tear damage in less than 24 hours from a 9 month old. I had 1 response from little nation and they haven’t responded since. One of the threads has since caused a tear in the rug and they still haven’t responded in over a week. Poor service for the price of the rug. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company

Purchased a 8ft trampoline and it had a part missing.
Contacted customer service which I was passed from one person to another .

Liam from customer service advised me the trampoline was weighed when it was dispatched so it must be correct and I must have mislaid the missing part .

Mini trampoline in box came damaged. One part missing. Emails ignored and no phone number to ring. I've accepted now that my money is lost.

Awful - This has been genuinely poor service.
I ordered the Isla kitchen for my daughter's birthday - First, the part was missing so I couldn't assemble it.
Then I had to chase for days just to get replies to my email.
No number to call.
They confirmed a replacement part was already being sent to my address.
Only after more follow-ups did they admit they didn’t actually have the part and would send a full unit instead
Which they then delivered to an address I don’t even live at anymore & now they've stopped responding

Purchased a foam-filled bean bag. The foam was faulty and didn't expand. Had to dispose of it. No reply from Little Nation to my concerns, to my offer to send them a photo to show the problem, or to my request for a refund. It appears I do not exist now that they have my money. Avoid this company. Very questionable business practices.

I ordered a telescope for my son for Easter, it looked the part on the website and was delivered quickly. However, the instructions were just pictures, and the parts were not labelled so the instructions wasn’t clear. After putting the telescope together you couldn’t see anything! My dad also assembled it in case I was doing something wrong but said that the focus was really bad, a 5 year old wouldn’t be able to see anything as we couldn’t. So disappointed, I asked to arrange a return, I emailed and explained that the focus was not good, couldn’t see anything just blur. I was asked to send a video. I refused as I didn’t think that me sending a video would help, I didn’t think I couldn capture the blur on my phone, I just wanted to return the telescope. Had another email and they asked me to make sure all film was removed from the lens. The lenses didn't come with film on them, it would help if they knew their products when trying to troubleshoot problems with customers. At the time they agreed to refund me, it had been 9 days since my initial email asking for a return. Another 12 days past and still no refund in my account. When I chased again it was in my bank within a day, but no email response.
Will never purchase from here again, avoid and shop local!

This is a review for Little Nation NZ. I would avoid this company at all costs. They don’t reply to emails or the chat option and there is no phone number to call. Reading other reviews it seems like it’s quite common for them to ghost their customers. Worst service I have ever experienced as a consumer.

Similar problems that others have had, missing the mat for a trampoline. Requested photos of all items. Multiple emails requesting a new mat which have been ghosted.
Also requested a full refund and requested information into returning the item and have yet to receive this.
The UK branch doesn’t seem to have a customer service team and I’m not sure charlyn even exists.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are going to buy something from this store. The order arrived on time but was missing several key parts (springs for a trampoline). When I then requested these parts I was patronised ("send us a photo of missing parts" - they are missing, how can I possible do that?!) and then ignored when I complied with sedning photos of the gaps where springs should be. Still no replacements arrived yet which has really spoiled my daughter's birthday present. Shoddy customer service, missing parts, slow replacements. Wouldn't bother if I were you.

Would never buy from them again sent me a consignment number for shipping for both of my items only for one to show up the consignment was also incorrect to what they provided so I was never able to track. My items. Have tried to contact them to find out the location of my second item with nobody able to get back to me with a proper answer I have asked where my second item is and what the consignment number is in the email I got back was They were shipped separately still doesn’t answer where the rest of my items are or the actual consignment number or a phone number to call them or an email address to actually get this resolved
