My children (9 and 3) both loved the possum play pouffe we got them for Christmas (an expensive gift but has brought so much joy and play I think it’s worth it!). I decided to get this folding base for my 3 year old son’s birthday and they have both loved using it as a slide and for walls for den building along with the parts from the play pouffe. The fabric is easy to clean (we have the light beige shade) and the pieces feel tough and like they’ll withstand rough play for a long time. My husband and I use the play pouffe as an actual pouffe to put our feet up on and it looks so nice in our living room! He also uses the base add-on to sit on and lean his back on when he’s playing the PlayStation so it’s not just for children 😂​

We have several Possum Play items. Great quality. The grandchildren love them. Wonderful for imaginative play. We bought the play couch to have as a spare bed for sleep overs.​

We LOVE this set. Such good quality, so versatile, played with constantly by our 1&4 year old. Amazing foam, lovely fabric. Love he handles. Bough a sofa from a competitor and wish we'd got it from possum now as the quality is well worth the extra money!!​

I bought a possum play and was really happy with the couch and wanted to buy covers for it thinking they could be put on top of the current ones to protect it. I sent an email on the same day asking them if i could do that which they answered no that i had misunderstood the explanation on the website and then i asked if they could refund me or could cancel the purchase. They said they couldnt cancel and gave me a £10 pound “discount” of the return which costed me £40 pounds but only after i wrote two emails to them saying how frustrated i was…. what is 40 pounds for a company??

I still saw no refund and just feel like they apparently have so many customers that they simply dont care and clearly dont value new customers… i asked if they could give a discount on the water proof liners i wanted to buy and which would be the correct ones and they only said no; so I should really find the £10 discounted return an amazing gesture.

I wanted to buy more things but now im so annoyed and thinking whether i should buy from a company that clearly doesn’t value me as a customer…. it feels as money is all that matters.

Me and my son absolutely love this couch! So much fun to be creative and play with it. It s very pleasent to touch, and comfortable to sit on, let s hope it lasts:)!

Purchased additional thick base to give added height to couch to make it more comfortable for adults to sit on.​

Our two children 5 & 1 have not stopped playing with their new play sofa since they got it on Christmas day. The creations that can be made are endless and it's genuinely the only toy they've consistently played with every single day. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this - especially if you have kids who love building forts and cars and all sorts out of furniture in your house. With this, the kids can get creative and you don't have to watch your house be destroyed in the process - win win!

Our girls, 1 and 3, love climbing through the ‘doors’ of the tunnels into various den builds. Definitely worth getting for more den building options​

My son is 2 and LOVES climbing. It's his favourite thing to do. For Christmas we were looking at soft play options for him, but everything was going to take over our whole living room! I'd heard of Possum but didn't realise they had a mini version. We got it in the Black Friday sale and it's been a huge hit! My son loves climbing all over it, my step kids (7 and 11) enjoy it too, and every visitor is interested in it! The washable covers have been very useful as we've had two explosions on it already... But it was clean and back in action within a day! I love that it can be used as seating when not being played with. It's also large enough to use as a spare bed! Even the cats love it. Would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing!

We bought a play couch and a mini couch for our three kids (7 years, 5 years and 8 months) and they are in constant use. Fantastic quality, comfortable for adults to sit on while playing too and can be rearranged into a sleep space for sleepovers if needed! We even had a play date (4 kids aged 4-7!) which required NO tidying afterwards as all they’d played with was the possum couch 🤯 my only thing I wish I had known about was that we bought the couches in the Black Friday sale and kept them boxed up for Christmas presents, only when we opened them there was a note saying please open me as soon as possible - oops! But it doesn’t seem to have caused any lasting issues at all thankfully - just might be worth adding a note that it’s recommended to open them ASAP in order emails? I wish I’d bought them sooner!​

Such good quality, worth every penny! I have friends who have similar play couches from other brands and the quality doesn’t compare! I also had a minor issue with my couch which was solved so quickly and easily thanks to the wonderful customer service. We’ve had our couch 3 years and recently bought some more shapes, it’s very well loved and still looks brand new. I recommend it to everyone!​

Purchased the couch with the extra arm rests for Christmas for my sons and it has been such a worthwhile investment for the playroom. They are having so much fun using it as a car, bed, couch, den etc etc. It was drawn on and the marks came out right away. 10/10 highly recommend! Wish we got it earlier.

As always, the Possum products are great quality! Our play couch is still going strong after four years, and the new crash pad is already a hit. Best thing ever!

The Puff is our only Possum item so far. It’s what we had room for and it is such a great addition to our living room!

My son throws himself onto it, jumps onto it, flops onto it, uses it in imaginative play, AND he reads, chills out and gets comfy to watch tv on it (there’s even room for me to cuddle on too).

We are so happy we chose the puff, the shape looks great in the room, it calms our little guy down and even added extra seating in the living room when we had lots of friends round over Christmas 🥳 all the kids wanted it.

If you have the space - go for it!

Purchased an armrest set to compliment the play couch we bought a year back. Quick postage, and the armrests have been a great addition to open up extra building configurations for the kids. The couch continues to be a durable product despite heavy (rough) use from the kids. The covers have been washed a few times and still look great.

Top Christmas present ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We won Christmas with this gift this year. My 2.5yr old LOVES it (and even my 13yr old has secretly enjoyed sitting in a den again!). It was an ‘extravagant’ gift for us but I knew it would be an investment and the fun we’ve had so far already has meant it’s worth every penny and frankly blown all other Christmas presents out the water - probably for the next few years too. Oops!​

What do you get 7 and almost one year old for Christmas that they can both enjoy and will last? I can tell you now, this couch has been hands down the best thing we’ve bought and wish we had years ago. They play together with it (what other toy can handle that age gap?), with the eldest making loads of different set ups and the youngest joining in on the fun. It encourages us to sit on it and be more available for play. Not slept on it yet (we went for the big bases) but it would definitely be comfortable for a night. Can’t recommend enough!​
