Had a great experience of customer service from James B he was thorough in his explanations giving me time to think about the options without putting pressure and very considerate regarding my situation.

If I could give this company -20 I would absolute scammers, They took money off me for a debt that was written off !! now having to get small claims court involved to get my money back

The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and very understanding

3 times I have messaged this company as they are showing a default on my credit report. Link will not respond to my messages that I have sent asking what it is as all my bills are paid monthly. They have NOT written to me, nor have I had any phone calls
to tell there that there is a missed payment somewhere! Year back I had a run in with this company when one of their representatives told me that my unsecured debts will result in me losing my house if I didnt pay them what they felt I should be paying. I complained then but they told me they did nothing wrong!

I spoke to a lovely customer service advisor today, she was Absolutely delightful, made me feel very comfortable, and listed too, she reminded me of myself as I am also in customer service. I wish everyone was like her thank you Christine, your Amazing 10/10 😊

I spoke to Mohammad and he was very helpful and very patient with me asking questions about my account and wanting to change some details and stayed on the line with me whilst trying to log on to my account

this is the company which is always try to ROB innocent poor people I have been paying them last 15yrars this week I find out they took almost £5000 pounds from my account and my out standing was £3000

What a bullying company this is I have informed them that I have serious health problems and they keep calling me leaving text messages I told the that my account is up to date and my standing order is active this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with they are a bunch of bullies
