Great service from Andy today. Got a same day appointment for mobile tyre replacement. He called when on the way and did a quick, efficient job.
Have used the mobile service before and it's so convenient, would recommend.

Ive used lindleys a few times and every time its been a great experience, the process from start to finish is easy and a pleasant one, the staff are very friendly and professional and very helpful. The booking process is fab. These are highly recommended .

I’ve always had great service from Lindleys from servicing to repairs to MOT. They always keep me updated during the process and are open regarding costs. The staff are very friendly too.

Very well organised
Very well organised. I love being able to see what work needs doing and authorise it online. They have good access to parts for good turnaround.
Also bring able to drop the vehicle off early is a bonus that hasn’t been possible at some other garages.

Better than Main Dealer
Very good Customer Service from all staff particularly Megan at Lindleys Mansfield who made me a cup of tea to warm me up when waiting for my MOT to be completed. I've used this garage for Servicing my Honda too and they really are better than the Vertu Main Dealer. Great Service - Highly Recommended. Fair pricing policy too.

Flat on the Wednesday, replaced Friday
Got back home on Wednesday 11/02/26 to find out I had a tyre going flat,
Looked online for a local tyre shop with mobile fitting, managed to book a replacement tyre at for a decent price too for Friday 13/02/26
Originally booked an AM appointment but was called Thursday morning to be informed they was busy and it would have to be a by 3pm fit
Not a problem
Fitter was polite, chatty and honest, took no more the 20 mins top
Will be returning to them again, when I need to replace my 2 fronts.

Excellent services
I phoned up the Arnold branch yesterday in a bit of a ‘flap’ as I’d had a service at Toyota and they’d told me I’d need my 12v battery changing in my hybrid car. I went to a local battery supplier who supposedly fit them and he didn’t have a clue as it’s found under the rear seat.
I phoned up Lindley’s and even though they had no spaces for today they could tell I was fretting as I had a long journey coming up and didn’t want to be stranded if it failed.
Fast forward to today and I’m sat here with a cuppa having a new battery fitted. Can’t fault them. Friendly and genuinely caring. I’ll be coming here again.
