Lightnet's 100% reliability is crucial
I'm a wildlife and documentary cameraman, and I often have to send big files of images to my clients. But these always flow smoothly from my wee cottage in Connemara to my worldwide markets. I couldn't manage with anything less than Lightnet's 100% reliability.

Really boring relationship
I have been with Lightnet for years and years and years. They have done the business for me without fuss, hassle or drama. Now I could even get a cheaper fibre connection just outside the house. I will stick with what I know works. It is a beautifully boring relationship. Love it.

Great customer service support, they deal with any issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Luckily I haven't had any issues in months and delighted to say they are very easy to deal with when you need them. Highly recommend!

lightnet are a local company. prompt to answer the phone unlike allot of other companies. very polite and friendly and inform customers if there were any issues with service beyond their control. would be highly recommend.
