Excellent service and customer care

I have been with lightnet now for a few years, I work at home so wanted a good reliable service with excellent customer care. Lightnet have not let me down, I would recommend them to anyone and can't sing their praises highly enough.

Renewing our contract without hesitation

I have just renewed our contract with Lightnet without hesitation, because the service they give us is second to none and their customer service is always prompt, efficient, effective and pleasant.

Customer service 100% with Lightnet which can be lacking in alot of companies. Thanks to Chloe, Darren and Thomas cause those were the people I dealt with.

Lightnet has to be one of the best…

Lightnet has to be one of the best companies to deal with, the fibre broadband is excellent,if for any reason due to cable damage it is out ,it is repaired super fast,and you get text to let you know what's happening...100% Pleased with it

I get to be a human being and not a series of numbers and passwords. Always get info if there is a signal/connection issue.

Very good deal for high speed broadband…

Very good deal for high speed broadband over last 5 years and will stay with them as they didn’t increase price this year. Lightnet still offers the best deal for what we need at home. They are a local company who provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Thomas Huban from company Lightnet called today to help us with issues we thought we were having with internet.Our issues were failures on our part to link up properly on devices. He couldnt have been more clear in his instructions. He was extremely helpful, professional in every way. He explained clearly what we needed to do in future when we arent getting coverage. A fantastic worker .
