A local team that communicate together to achieve the customer requirements. They are willing to review the requirements on an individual basis and make a determination based off their review rather than an one size fits all playbook. Great product. Great service
I was really impressed with the service I got from Lightnet. They were out to me within three days of me making contact. They installed their system in a very professional way. This included a wire on the gable wall and drilling a hole into the sitting room both done very neatly.
Finally the reason I called them was to get me better broadband than I had. I can honestly say that is light years ahead of what I had.
I cannot say enough about the company.

Excellent experience from start to finish.Once I signed the contract,an engineer called to install the Internet straightaway.Chloe was super to deal with in the office as we're the installation engineers.

Great company
Ring up to renew contract, agent on phone was very pleasant professional and very easy to talk with. He even arranged for a new modem to be delivered for free. Less then 5 minutes on phone. Have been dealing with Lightnet for 10 years, and have never ever had an issue. Brilliant company
