Due to the main National Holiday in China (Chinese Lunar New Year), we were on Vacations from 18th Jan to 30th Jan for this very special traditional festival.
During holidays,most of the factory suppliers and couriers will not be operating during this period.So we will deal with your orders and problems after the Chinese new year!
Now we are over the holidays and logistics have resumed.

I bought bike light with speedometer on 28/12/2022 from them. It’s 04/02/2023 which is more than a month and never arrived. They keep telling me it’s on its way. Please please avoid this seller. I’ve to open a claim through PayPal. Luckily I paid through PayPal. Strongly don’t recommend.

Ordered my item Dec 2 and as of Jan 4 it hadn’t shown up. I contacted the company and they told me that I would have some information within 2-4 days and to not worry. It’s now Jan 16th and I haven’t heard a thing from them.

Coming from China, I was a little nervous at first. Turns out, the items arrived within a very reasonable time and the price was excellent. The tracking of the items was a very nice thing to have. My items arrived before Christmas and everything was perfect. I will definitely use Lightmalls again. Thank you!

BETRUG
Ich habe eine Taschenlampe bestellt. In der Beschreibung wird darauf hingewiesen, dass Batterien nicht enthalten sind. ok, aber nirgendwo wird darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um ein China-Produkt handelt, für das es im Handel in Deutschland gar keine Batterien gibt. Auf meine Beschwerde schreibt die Firma, die Lampe kostete ja nur 9,99 (übrigens zzgl. Transportkosten 5,00 €) und ich könne sie ja kostenpflichtig zurücksenden. Ich habe dann per Internet vor über einem Monat Batterien bestellt (natürlich aus China), die bis heute nicht angekommen sind. Zusammenfassung: Eine Lampe in Deutschland zu verkaufen, für die es in Deutschland keine Batterien gibt, ist aus meiner Sicht Betrug.

Terribile. Mi hanno spedito la batteria sbagliata; quando ho contestato l'errore insistevano nel dire di avermi spedito una batteria migliore rispetto a quella ordinata (che non mi serviva); quando ho chiesto la sostituzione hanno preteso di spedire quella corretta solo dopo aver ricevuto il reso. A distanza di 3 mesi non ho ancora ricevuto ciò che ho pagato e continuano a prendere tempo con risposte elusive e dilatorie; ho già fatto due viaggi senza poter fare riprese perché non ho le batterie necessarie (che ho pagato da tempo). Temo che non riceverò mai le mie batterie e non verrò rimborsato; inoltre ho dovuto spendere un quarto del valore complessivo per effettuare il reso, e a questo punto penso che neanche quello mi verrà rimborsato; ho speso quasi 200 euro per non ricevere letteralmente nulla. Servizio inqualificabile.

ho acquistato visore notturno, dopo averlo usato 3 volte non ha più funzionato, ho rispedito indietro a mie spese(40 euro) me ne hanno inviato un'altro nuovo, alla 2 accensione anche questo ha smesso di funzionare.
Pessimo prodotto, non rispedirò a mie spese, anche perchè se la qualità è questa sarebbe inutile-

Good battery soild flashlight has weight to it no plastic then the headband after ajustment holds firm getting close to end of battery life you will start to fade out or close only to turn it back on and get that extra one in your pocket
