The staff was not welcoming
The staff was not welcoming. They didn’t explain anything. When you asked a question, they were brief. I didn’t feel the staff was very professional or caring.

Appointment vs. Walk-ins Response
The staff was professional and efficient but the appointment time did not happen. The time to get the screening was an hour after the scheduled time. It seemed there many walking-ins that needed to fill out paperwork. The walk-ins were taken before those that had appointments. There should have been two tables or two sign in attendants one for appointments and one for walk-ins.

Location was great
Location was great. Very easy to access. The technician did explain the test but none asked how I was doing during the test or if I was comfortable. I have had similar tests done at my regular doctor and have not experienced any discomfort. These technicians pressed pretty hard in the tests scanning the chest and the neck. Perhaps your equipment is not as sensitive as my doctor's equipment.

Tardiness in service
Due to staffing issues, I waited for one hour before I was seen by a member of the medical team. Fortunately, I was able to get to my next appointment on time. The medical staff who attended to me were professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and this compensated for the long delay.

I loved everything
I loved everything! The place is very well organized, and I really liked the exams they perform. Usually, these types of exams at a doctor’s office are more extensive, so I especially appreciated getting my triglyceride, cholesterol, and other results immediately.
