LONG WAIT TIMES
My husband and I had made a 11:40 and 11:45 appointments for a 5 minute carotid artery screening. When I arrived, there were several people in the waiting area, so we sat down. We waited for an hour and a half! When I inquired about the long wait, I was told there was only one person who was able to do the ultrasound screening test, and we were the last people scheduled. Had I not already paid for the screening I would have left the appointment. I understand short staffing issues, but appointment times should be made while taking these issues into consideration. I was extremely disappointed in the service and I will not be a returning customer. Customer time is valuable and should not be taken advantage of in this way.

If I could give them a zero
If I could give them a zero, I would total waste of my time I signed up for the for the gold package to get everything screened. I get over here and the guy is trying to upsell me on what I signed up for in the first place all they do is bloodwork and I’m out of there. I have health insurance does blood work I wanted to screen and and It was double the money be careful the website all they wanna do is try to upsell when you get there.

Our records indicate that the package was selected online during the scheduling process. The Gold Package consists of blood testing only, and the services included are outlined during the online booking process and in the confirmation email. Any additional screenings discussed onsite are optional.
