Deliberately misleading?
It was not readily clear that the bone density test was not a DEXA. Who ever heard of a BINDEX?
The staff were pleasant and the event was well organized, but the test I most needed was not what I got.

The BINDEX screening is a non-invasive tool used to assess bone health and estimate osteoporosis risk, but it is not the same as a DEXA scan, which is considered the gold standard for measuring bone density. New method of drawing blood from finger.
New method of drawing blood from finger and colleting it into 5 long tubes was very uncomfortable, unpleasant and 12th century like. It also hurt my finger for the next 3 days.

Excellent team
Excellent team. They were short-staffed for some reason and trying to welcome customers as they ran tests as quickly and efficiently. They remained polite and tolerant as one or two vocal customers kept complaining they had waited too long.

Tech's are friendly and I feel they're…
Tech's are very friendly. I feel they're looking out for my best interest. My Lifeline screening test in June 2026 revealed I had a Nodule on my Thyroid. 4.8 cm. Had I not gone for my screening I don't think it would have been found. I recently seen my Prim Dr and had Biopsy. "Not cancer" But will repeat Thyroid Biopsy once a year

My experience was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. There was a glitch that happened during my treatment time in that the power in the Church they were using, went out in the area.
