All of the employees are very professional. Each test area is partioned off by privacy screens and the whole set-up is very efficient. They send you the test results which you can share with your doctor and act on them, if necessary.

Rude staff, herded through like cattle
Staff were kind, EXCEPT for the person at the welcome/registration desk. The minute I stepped into the room, she YELLS across the room and said "SIT THERE! ILL CALL YOU AT YOUR APPOINTED TIME!". I was taken aback by the rudeness. If I wouldnt have lost my money, I would have left immediately. No "welcome. Have a seat. Ill be with you in a moenent". It was just RUDE and tarnished the entire experience for me. I felt very rushed through like cattle. 2 people doing tests at the same time. Sit here. Lay down here. Do this. Get up. Your done. Likely will never return or recommend to others.

My experience was good. It wasn't great. I feel a little more explanation of the procedures could've been given. I also didn't appreciate hearing how many appts they had the next day and if they could be moved to morning, so they could be done earlier. Conversations in from of patients, paying your salary are unprofessional. All ads say 1 hour. I was in and out in 15 minutes max. Rec'd a call the following day but no message left.

The technicians were equally as awesome, explaining things along the way. The gentleman that did my blood test had patienceof a saint. Answered all my questions in detail & I tend to ask a lot. Always recommend the service to friends. It's just easier as you get older.
