Once I found the location
Once I found the location, with no help from the email site, which was totally wrong.you really need to get that updated. It was a nightmare trying to find where it really was, at the Abby, in Fontana Wi. After that everything was perfect.

An Outstanding Team That Put Me at Ease
I’ll be honest—I’m not a fan of doctor’s offices or medical procedures, so I was pretty apprehensive going in. However, every staff member involved helped put me at ease and made the entire experience much more comfortable than I expected.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go through the process again if I knew the same crew would be there. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. Based on my experience, I have a feeling that level of service extends throughout Lifeline.

The team was great but the fact that the receptionist called in sick greatly delayed the whole process.l by 50 minutes. And I arrived early so it was a looong wait. I think you should add more staff and not cut it to the bone like you have it now.
