All encountered were professional
All encountered were professional, friendly, and forthcoming about the testing; except, that the technician that drew my blood sample must’ve had a bad day.. Not as nice as the others. I’ve had my fingerprinted more times than I can remember, and this was done more painfully than I can recall. That’s the reason for the four stars.

Misrepresentations
You can't get out of this membership once you get into it without hassles, much like a time-share. Buyer beware. I canceled the screening appointment ahead of my scheduled date, but agreed to keep my membership because I was told this waived the cancellation fee and the appointment cost would be refunded to my credit card. Three weeks later and NO refund of any part of the screening has showed up for weeks and now they tell me that the appointment was just set for "rescheduling," contrary to what the supervisor expressly told me in September. So they hold my money for months while I have the headache of dealing with this scheme. I will say the initial CSR I dealt with this time around was pleasant but had no authority to do anything. It's her employer who has put together a logistical nightmare for elderly people. Don't believe what the supervisor verbally states in terms of refunds and membership gains you nothing, so save your money.

My experience was great from the time I walked in. I was greeted with a big smile from Brandon, who was very nice, polite, and courteous. Brandon also, helped me with my registration, did all my lab work when it was my turn, and throughly explained everything to me. He gave me, and I could see, to the others, who were there waiting; excellent service! All of the other technicians were very nice and courteous.
