Horribly made, not official licensed
Horribly made. Bad quality. Not official NFL clothing although they say they are. I have proof that they put a sticker over the actual brand of the clothing which is a cheap Chinese brand. It's very thin and not well made.

Switched my hat twice. Happy with the one I got. It was a Christmas present originally and they did not know what to get me and then I had to discuss the size.

Garbage customer service, all reps were of no help, listings lied on the site. Reps take forever to respond in live chat, which defeats the purpose. They are all clearly located in India with the way they were speaking. Never shopping here or at their stores again.

The Locker Room by Lids in Beachwood is one my favorite LIDS. The selection of apparel is sweet with some good deals. The service provided by Brandon was great and his ability to customize is top shelf!

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. One of my hats came in damaged and trying to speak to a human is impossible. I finally got past the Terminator T-1000 customer service bot and got connected to a live person....just for them to mute their line once they connected and hung up on me after I said "hello" 8 or 9 times. All I heard was background noise from dishes smashing around and kids yelling. Obviously, someone "working" from home or lack thereof. I wish Elon and company would make these reps return to a real work environment. Maybe we would get some real service.
Good selection, poor execution
I have done buiz with lids (now owned by Fanatics) on many occasions over the years, and really the biggest issue with them in my recent experiences is just shipping times. Selection is generally good, as is customer service when contacted, but their logistics being so poor really tarnishes the overall experience.
If they could just get this aspect dialed in it would go a very long way in improving their reputation with buyers. In an Amazon world, people just are not apt to be cool with waiting weeks for things to arrive anymore, and with lids you cant wait 7 days before an ordered item even ships at all. It comes down to hiring and sales process efficiency on their end, which clearly requires some additional work.

Horrible shipping
Ordered a hoodie. Paid for 5 to 7 day shipping. It was 6 days before I even got a shipping notice. Then another 3 days before UPS even got the shipment. So how it takes over 2 weeks for something to move across the country I don't even know
Stained shirt again
Stained shirt again! They sell extremely overpriced garbage that comes pre-stained. This is the second time so it is not an accident or a one-time event. This company is Fanatics, or is a subsidiary of Fanatics which sent the first stained shirt.
With such expensive products, it is expected that they would have some quality control. However, they could care less about the trash they sell. Never again will I do business with these low lives and will NEVER stop spreading the word about how they sell pure JUNK!

Ordered a limited edition hoodie in early November. After several interactions with the website’s online chat function (which wasn’t particularly helpful), I finally received a shipping confirmation on 12/1 with the hoodie scheduled for delivery on 12/4.
The 4th comes and goes and still, no hoodie. I tried wrangling, again, with the online customer service function and was told, repeatedly, that it was a UPS problem. Well, UPS informed me that the package had never arrived at their facility, and I needed to deal with Lids. Oh. Hooray.
Fast-forward to end of story. Five weeks after placing the order, I was finally able to get a person on the phone who proceeded to argue with me that it had shipped and there was nothing she could do. And then suddenly she put me on hold… when she returned to the call, she told me that Lids had NEVER even fulfilled the order to begin with and now the hoodie in question was no longer in stock. So, would I like a gift card? Um. No, thanks. I’ll take a refund. And, in all fairness, I did receive a refund to my credit card within 2 business days.
False advertising and delayed delivery
I ordered several items that were guaranteed before Christmas and set them to be delivered where we are staying. Now it says two the items,both presents for my husband, will not arrive until January 3rd. Customer service claims they cannot cancel the two items even though they are processing and they can’t charge the delivery address since we won’t be at this location by January 3rd. Awful experience.

Expérience horrible!! C'est supposé être professionnel, il me manque un item sur deux et ils disent que je l'ai reçu. Si je fais le calcul ma casquette me coûte environ 140$ pq ils ne m'ont pas envoyé le restant. Personne ne répond à mes mails ET au téléphone! Ce sont de vrais escrocs et ils méritent une énorme amende et une fermeture. Lids m'écoeure à tous les niveaux!

Ordered two jerseys and a hat. The hat came fairly quickly, but after 2 months, yes months, of chasing, the jerseys turned up and one was wrong.
Oh, sorry, just send back the wrong one and we'll send the replacement.

Where do you get your sizes from ? Sleeping beauty and the 7 dwarfs. No way these tops are 3XL so need return the ones that have arrived. A single order has been split into 3 different deliveries so got wait for the others to be dropped off which is 3 days away for the other set then 10 days for the final tshirt like what the f ? Then to send them back it's £7.10 so if I wanted to get the ball rolling in getting bigger sizes or refund I've got either pay £7.10 / 3 times or just wait for another 10 days to send it all together after already waiting a week for just 2 tshirts - I should have read the reviews before hand and I definitely wouldn't have shopped here. Can't seen your company lasting to long

Total Scam - I ordered and paid with Paypal and they sent to wrong address and I emailed them and NOTHING. Paypal won't even back the claim. Im out 400 plus dollars for some hats that they sent to wrong address. STOP SUPPORTING THESE FRAUDS!

If I could there will not be ONE star! The site needs to specify very boldly that you’re not directly ordering from LIDS and that you’re ordering from a company that’s partnered with LIDS!!! Very inconvenient to return and customers aren’t able to return to store! Will never ever and I mean ever order again!

Wish I’d read the reviews first. Ordered 3 football shirts a month ago for a game next week. Promised dispatch in 3 business days. Still not sent a month later. No response to my emails to customer service. If you’re thinking about it, don’t buy from them.
