Fantastic Experience

We ordered a coffee table in August, we were really impressed with how substantial it felt (first time shopping MH). We ended ordering a black Banks dining table, and 6 chairs in mohair to match. Fantastic quality, the delivery was 10/10. Had great communication with the team, and even when we had to reschedule the MH team took care of me. Pretty happy with all these new additions to my home!

Disaster of experience but amazing customer service

Update Oct 2025: just about everything that could go wrong did. After getting the delivery prioritized so it would not take 6 weeks after the bed was completed, the delivery company ripped the bed putting it together. Immediately Ashley from customer service stepped up. A new side rail was sent and they worked to find a company to repair. It took a while but finally the delivery company scheduled the repair. I asked for a second side rail that already had the hardware attached to be sent and Ashley took care of it right away as I worried about the repair company. The repair man was wonderful and it took about an hour to get the old rail off and the new rail in place. Ashley sent return labels and scheduled pick up. UPS was late for pick up by finally the bed was repaired and the extra rails were returned. The customer service when problems began to arise really stepped up. I do wish it hadn’t taken so much for them to get involved especially regarding the supposed 6-8 weeks delivery but ultimately they turn around a bad situation.

July 2025: Company falsely advertising delivery times on their website. Bed I ordered stated ready for delivery in 6 weeks. But once it entered production and the cost to cancel increased to 25% and loss of shipping charges, they indicate delivery will take an additional 3-5 weeks after it ships. In what world does delivery take the same amount of time as it does to build a bed? I would expect 1-2 weeks especially considering they charge $$$ for ‘white glove delivery’ of which you have no choice but to pay. Customer service is terrible and won’t work with you on fulfillment of website promised deadlines. I ordered from them back on 2020 and forgave the shipping issues due to the world wide issues but it appears this is simply how the company operates. Shady business practices everywhere. Stay away.

Worth it

We have had our Sullivan in the performance tweed fabric for about four years now. Though the cushions require frequent turning to maintain their integrity shape, and plushness, the couch has held up incredibly well. It has withstood wine and food spills without staining. The company was responsive when we first purchased the couch and received a damaged foot. They sent us a replacement without issue. The fabric still looks beautiful and has not faded. It is incredibly comfortable. Whenever we have a friend over, they sleep on this couch and say it’s as comfortable as a bed. We absolutely love our Sullivan. We have recommended this company to family and friends and all have been happy with their purchases. We are moving into a new home in the next month and plan on purchasing a large sectional for our new living room. These are lifetime pieces and well worth the money.

I spent weeks and countless hours…

I spent weeks and countless hours researching sofas and loved the design of their Warren. I ordered several samples to decide on the fabric. I picked the Performance Tweed Salt Chaise Sectional. Online the performance tweed states “is a handsome woven fabric with a soft, velvety texture. Its multi-tone weave offers beautiful dimension. Sunbrella yarns make this fabric liquid repellent, fade resistant and easy to clean.” Sadly the construction of this sofa is meh 🫤. The fabric is off white and there isn’t a liner underneath it so you can see the wood underneath. The fabric is not easy to clean. It’s just my husband and I here plus I am very clean and even cover 90% of the sofa to protect it but the fabric get dirty easily and as I just stated, doesn’t clean easily. I reached out to the company and they told me to get the sofa professionally cleaned. I specifically chose this fabric because it was supposed to be easy to clean. Pretty bummed that after all my time and effort to pick the perfect sofa I still ended up choosing badly.
