Without doubt Patrick Eggers is an outstanding asset to this company. I found all the staff lovely friendly and knowledgeable.
Patrick is that genuinely kind hard working person that will go above and beyond for his client. It's not just about the job it's about the person in a way I can only describe as deeply appreciated. To the point when there was a delay and my rural car had broken down he offered to drop off some milk for me.
Professionalism goes a long way and that shows in the company, but that extra drive is something that does not come with training..it comes from the heart.
I am truly grateful for the outstanding professional work, the perseverance when my application became challenging and patience at seeing it through right to the end.
I hate red tape and jumping through protocols for banks...it was only with Patrick's excellent support and guidance that we persevered to a successful outcome.
I truly owe the future of my home family and livestock to Patrick Eggers and his wonderful colleagues at Liberty.

Patrick was fantastic from the very first phone call to settlement for our first home! He got us preapproval during a cyclone and made what we thought would be a hard process a very positive one. He communicated every step of the way and reassured us when we got panicky. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
