Chris Elliott was our Mortgage Broker and was very efficient in getting us an approval with ANZ Bank for a home loan within a short period of time. We were very happy with his work and feedback which was done promptly and professionally.
The only reason I did not give him 5 stars is because ANZ delayed the settlement of the purchase by 7 days. We recommend Chris as a mortgage broker for anyone who wants to get a pre approval or a home loan to purchase a property.

Complex Problem Solver
We had a very complex financing situation (small covid impacted business lending and home lending) and Chris worked with us patiently to identify the potential options and wait for the banks to give the right outcome.
We got a lending offer from 2 banks and we took the one more suitable for us. Chris showed real problem solving ability and excellent communication with the banks to get a strong outcome for us.

Chris was amazing help with every aspect. For First home buyers there is alot of paper work and new things to deal with and Chris made every bit of the process along the way super easy and explained everything. Was also very prompt with his responses happy to answer any questions we had. Would recommend Chris highly to anyone looking to purchase a property.
