Scam website, dont buy, shipping takes forever and no apology no communication, wont respond either

Horrible experience shopping at the website! I should have read these before placing an order.

I placed an order via the website and then the customer service told me it is not possible to receive the goods by the expected date (takes more than a week to deliver, which was not at all mentioned on the website. In addition, the picture is very much misleading saying dispatch within 24 hours. I requested a refund within half a day, and was told it is not possible if the good has been dispatched.

This is completely unacceptable and will dispute via PayPal for this transaction!

Please do not order from this website. I paid in sterling pound thinking goods are in uk/Europe. but goods come from China. The worse thing is I didn't received the product because it is blocked in customs. This will not happen if goods are sent from UK as they claimed.

To be honest, I was a bit worried when I purchased given the reviews, and given the mass amount of products offered leading me to think it's a scam.
But after two weeks my good arrived in Ireland, One of the package was turned back in China, but the owner has agreed to resend that.
-1 stars for communication, since it is a website there should be more ways of communication other than wechat, it was no problem for me but others might not have it. Even replys on wechat takes almost a day to reply.

It is very obvious this merchant already abandons her business but still keeps her website running and phishing money from buyers. I paid 60 pounds 40 days ago, no updates, no response.

Luckily, I made the payment through PayPal, going to ask Paypal involved to get my money back.

Anyone plan to buy something from this website, be cautious!!!!

Very slow shipment. I have placed the order a month ago and the order still hasn't arrived. On the website stated the shipping normally takes 7-12 days via EMS from China. The only way of contacting them is via wechat and it is not easy to create an account without a friend owning an account. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this website.

运送非常慢。我六月尾下了单，到现在还没收到货品。网站上显示货品送达需7-12天，但一个月都过去了货物仍然没有送到。唯一的沟通方式只能通过wechat，可是不是每一个人都有wechat。不推荐购买！下次还是下单现货卖家比较有保障！

Even 1 Star is too much, spend your money somewhere else. The seller promises to respond within 12 hours, but not when i asked her to refund when i never got my products, she just blocked me! How is this scam website still around?

This webshop is a total scam, please be careful, especially for those who are Chinese living overseas! They sell snacks and food that are mostly only available in China to oversea Chinese customers. They will take your money and act all nice, but once if something goes wrong, they will just ignore you! I never got my package and my money is gone!
