I ordered about $250 worth of products. Everything arrived except one item. Because it wasn't overly expensive I didn't get around to emailing them for a month but didn't see this as to much of a problem. Since then Neltha have just gave me the runaround. They ask for proof of what I received considering that I gave the other 15 or so products to children as Christmas presents I don't know how I am supposed to do that. Now it turns out that the product was already banned in Australia because it was fatal for children if they swallowed it. I told Neltha this, it didn't make any difference. Even though I have sent them images of the product I paid for and am just asking for a refund for what I paid for those A-holes just keep emailing me and fobbing me off. Bunch of damn crooks, what ever you do don't buy from them!! Save yourself a lot of pain:)

You're taking a chance if you order their products. I ordered 2 UFO Mini Quad Drones for Christmas for about $30 each from an ad on Facebook. They were sent from China and finally arrived many weeks later. One of them works fine and is fun. The other one didn't work right from the start. It drops to the ground. I emailed neltha support. They asked me for a video, which I emailed them. I asked for a full refund or replacement drone. They said the best they could do was refund me $8.00. I have one very disappointed granddaughter and do not think this is a reputable company.

S—T product did not arrive but they took my money have sent 3 emails. They don’t have the guts to reply DO NOT buy anything from them.
Have put in the hands of the fraud.
They are watching if my credit card 💳 is touched by this company again.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this miserable company! I ordered 10 LED plug plate night lights. After two weeks, one died completely. I wrote to their non existent "Customer Service" and got told to send a video so they could "analyze" the problem! They couldn't "analyze" a pencil that needed sharpening much less a "video" of a blank plug plate. If you read their fictitious website guarantee of quality and satisfaction, you might think what a company! Don't believe a word of it. In the correspondences that followed, we went from 10% off my next order to 20% off and finally to 0% because (quote) "Moreover, these returned products are not eligible for secondary sales,and the company will bear a lot of losses" (Unquote)! Wake UP Neltha. If you don't have a good reputation, you don't have a business! Furthermore, your website should be shut down because of false advertising with your guarantee of customer satisfaction.

I waited four weeks for delivery only to find out that the product (none of the 6 pieces) would work
The instructions to trouble shoot and possibly repair were complicated and unclear
I contacted the company only to receive a series of e mails from some support group claiming that they would give me $10 off my next purchase or that I could return the faulty product at my cost for a replacement or refund.
The return shipping cost would be more than the purchase.
There was no proper resolution, I have been cheated and left with a useless purchase.
This company does not care about their customer once the sale is made - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish there was good recourse I could take.

Same with my review of Qandies.com. I purchased a product from "XK-ing.com". After recieving a fake product and some research into their business, and a frustrating return inquiry, I found out who they were and what they do. They are all part of a scam ring to get your money. They'll even send cheap knock offs to placate the stupid, like I was. Don't buy anything from these stores.
