Unreliable still waiting for my delivery after several months numerous attempts to resolve and money not refunded or goods received- a headache and not worth the hassle - make another choice

I have been scammed by this shop, and I have credit card records and emails to prove it. The packaging the product was shipped in is labeled from a seller in China, not Hokage Store, which proves Hokage is a dropship business selling fradulent product. Now Hokage Store has reported my honest review in hopes of getting it removed, which I think, my review protects other shoppers from being scammed. I have email documentation of the purchase as well as Hokage admitting that the product is fake, but to get a refund I would have to ship the item back at my own expense, as well as remove my reviews of their shop from various sites. Easy Google search will show Viz Media (who owns licenses to many bootleg products sold by Hokage Store), filing DMCA cease and desist against this shop. I am hoping to protect other buyers against being scammed like myself. Please do not remove my review.

Site lied. I ordered the pikachu hoodie, it came all the way from China instead of CA that the site address was listed. Cannot send email because their mailbox would always be full and was unable to contact them directly; no one would answer. It took 3 months to arrive. Bootleg. Wrong yellow color for pikachu.

Still waiting for an order placed mid-july, the tracking numbers are not working and the mails sent to the company are returned for their mailbox must be full....

Its been 6 weeks since i placed my order and it still hasn't arrived nor have i got any tracking details

hokage store is a great place to shop. their customer service is right on and very quick to answer your messages. The clothes are very reasonably priced and the delivery is really great too.

I ordered a few clothes from hokage store and the hoodie fit me really well. Their sizes are so perfect and according their size charts. And I absolutely loved their anime collections. They are so wide and you can find there everything you want! Surely going to shop more from here in future.

I love Hokage store. Amazing price for an amazing products. Items was delivered on time and what I saw on the website was what I got when my items arrived it's really good. I got this site from my sister, and at the time didn't order anything from them but when I did start, my first order I was very satisfied with it, size and fit was perfect, shipping was a bit long but it was worth the wait.

All my naruto orders fit me nicely. I didn't think the whole size guide ritual thing would actually bring me great, accurate sizes. I thought at some point I still would encounter errors, but none of that happened. I recommend hokage store!

I ordered 3 attack on titan bags from hokage Store 3 weeks ago. After paying for them I decided to check other reviews and thought I may have made a mistake as some of them were bad. I learned everything I could about real vs fake and expected a long delivery.... well I picked my bags up for the drop off point today and can say 100% they are real and I am over the moon with the quality of the goods and speed of delivery.
