I have found although the referrals to…

I have found although the referrals to date have not answered the phone or called me back, the new group trying to create some sanity in the lead process is making an attempt to follow up on the names they have given us and I have actually had followup to ensure that I had called the lead. Refreshing but I hope it lasts and the leads answer the phone!

Horrible service

Horrible service. Have received 5 leads in 2-3 months, everyone of them with zero information, and for the same $299,000 house with 2 bedrooms, and 3 of them already working with a realtor. No notes or information at all, though I was told when I signed up that leads were vetted by a phone call. Clearly not the "Vetted" leads I was expecting. Good thing they offer a refund. This service is horrible.

UPDATE ON REVIEW
After the initial review Lezooka reached out to me to discuss my feedback and ensured me that they would be reviewing the leads I was provided and would vet them more effectively. Since then, the company has gone COMPLETELY DARK, I have heard nothing from them in two months, have received no further leads, and it seems they have simply forgotten that I exist.

Well, I have recieved several leads. Some of them were great but due to my lack of time, I could not attend to them. Just too much was going on with my priorities.

My experience with Lezooka

I joined Lezooka last year and have had a great experience so far. I've received 21 leads in total. Out of these, 7 never responded ,3 changed their minds, 4 were not interested in buying or selling, I successfully closed 4 deals, and I'm currently in contact with the remaining 3. I understand that not all internet leads convert, but the quality of leads from Lezooka has been impressive. They also showcase my listings and profile effectively. Additionally, their support team is excellent, always read to assist when needed. Overall. I'm very satisfied with their service.
