SCAM Real Estate “leads” and Harassment

SCAM Real Estate “leads” company that of course charges a non-refundable UPFRONT fee, like all the rest, but the leads never pan out and/or are terrible quality. AVOID!

UPDATE: Since leaving this review, I have received OVER 100 spam/robo-calls spoofing different numbers from Lezooka, currently pursing legal action against them, BEWARE!

UPDATE #2: Lezooka attempted to have this review flagged as "defamatory" at 5:30p since they dont like it, even though it's true, 1 minute later at 5:31p Trustpilot overruled their protest and let the review stay since it's not defamatory. Nice try Lezooka!

I Just joined Lezooka after doing my due diligence. They have active licenses in multiple states, a solid online presence, and very few negative reviews. Their team is ell-spoken, doesn't create unnecessary urgency, and responds quickly. I even reached out to an agent who had a successful closing through their referrals, and she gave positive feedback.
After signing up, I received a welcome call from my accounts manger. I'm very satisfied and hopeful with my purchase. Looking forward to great results!

Hoping their system works out and I close soon!!

I joined Lezzoka/Realizty in January 2024. They promised 2-4 verified leads per month and I have received about 16 so far but most either do not respond or haven't provided valid details. The good thing is that they offer replacement leads if the lead is outside your area or is not responding. Customer support is great but the quality of leads is what they need to improve on. They had promised live transfers and I experienced the first one recently. Although I couldn't take it as I was out of the country but I followed up with the lead later and it was genuine. Their CMS seems pretty basic and am not sure if they run any lead nurturing email campaigns for leads that come in the system but I would use my other CRM to set up leads on campaigns and to send them automated listings. Keeping my fingers crossed that their lead generation system works out and that I start closing soon. 80-20 commission split seems rational as per market standards but it would be in their best interest if they vetted the leads by calling them before assigning them as that is what their pitch was that sets them apart from other competitors. I would not hesitate to come back and change my rating to 5 stars even if one transaction converts and I hope the refund policy doesn't need to be exercised but is good to have in your back pocket as an assurance.

Leads are not Responsive

I have been a member since 2023 and have received 23 leads but none of them were responsive. I am hopeful that I will receive leads in the future, but I have not had any success to date.

So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. One standout feature is their willingness to negotiate the referral fee if my commission exceeds $ 30,000. They already negotiated a lower fee on my last closed deal, which saved significant amount of money. In an area where property values are high, this flexibility is incredibly valuable.
