absolutely horrible company. Half the leads provided are dead(literally) and other half with wrong contact info.

So many fake positive reviews here. Spam call/text and hard sell

One of the worst company I faced with for lead program. Their leads are fake & they are scammers. They provide you fake phone numbers & email address that doesn’t even exist. On top of that they took money from my credit card & promised me a refund within 30 days however it’s been almost 4 months & still didn’t get my refund back yet. Never sign up with these people. They are not legit.

They are FRAUDS & SCAMMERS, be careful before you waste your money with them. I started one year lead program with them in February 2024, and the contract was if I wish to cancel after 365 days, I could do so, and will get 100% refund. It has been over 3 months since my contract was completed - NO REFUND as of yet. They just keep saying soon, but NOTHING happened yet.

Very bad experience have paid for now over 3 month and have received 2 leads one that said that they never have asked at looked for a house and are not even close to looking

An other one number is not working

And they tell you they have a huge process to filter and qualify the leads

Horrible experience, I paid for the year up front and been having to call customer service at least once a week to ask why I don't have any leads, the only leads I got were complete garbage and caused me more stress reporting me to the real estate boards for soliciting business they did not agree too. I spoke with Stacey and after months of frustration they put me on a higher plan where they would vet all the leads prior to sending them my way. Nothing has changed. Save your money.

Beware huge scam, they do not refund your money. Do not trust this company. The leads are terrible and the company comes up with convenient reasons to not uphold their promises.

I would give a minus star if I could. One of the biggest scammer, do not sign up !!! Got 4 unqualified , garbage lead in 12 month, and they were dare to send a a new invoice for a second year. The worst and biggest scammers I dealt with over 20 years of real estate !

BEWARE - SCAM! Most leads provided were not valid phone numbers - clear that the due diligence promised to qualify leads was not done as sold. Upon requesting the refund, which had been assured that it would be done quickly has taken over 2 months and still no response. At this point they are not answering any inquiries for updates. Absolutely a scam, do not use.

I enrolled with Lezooka on October 4, 2024. It is now March 18, 2025.

In the first month of enrollment I received 4 leads. None of them were responsive after MANY attempts. Since then, the only thing that I have received was a request from Lezooka to approve the publication of a testimonial that they had pre-written, proclaiming that I have had immense success with their great leads and greater than expected lead flow.
I told them I would be more than happy to do this when they actually deliver leads to me. I have spoken with them on several occasions and their response is always "just wait - it will get better". it has not gotten better.
I have asked them for a refund and their response was that there is no guarantees of leads and that they cannot give me a refund before 365 days have expired.

IF they can ever give me a viable lead, I would be more than happy to change this review.

I just had a call with Lezooka who said that I have breeched our contract because the credit card company is third party and I have given them confidential information. And that because of this, they cancelled my agreement 3 months ago ... and didn't say anything to me.

They also said that this negative review somehow gives them the ability to cancel my service.

SO - they have canceled my service without notice and are refusing a refund.

They did say that If I remove this negative review and if I remove my CC dispute claim they would reinstate my service.

I was informed by a representative of the company that I will not be receiving my refund because I posted a negative review about the company. Interestingly, the company never issued me an invoice for the money I paid. What’s more surprising is that I was encouraged by their employee to post a review. However, they are now claiming that I breached confidentiality by posting a negative review, and as a result, they have canceled my account and refused to issue my refund.

Lezooka is nothing but a scam. They promised pre-vetted, high-quality leads in a specific zip code, yet I received zero qualified leads—not one in the agreed location. Every single lead had either fake phone numbers, disconnected emails, or was completely unresponsive.

They were quick to charge my credit card within minutes of signing up but made me wait a full year just to request a refund, per their own policy. Now, after waiting the required time, they still refuse to process the refund.

Beware! Lezooka operates on deception—empty promises, no results, and a refusal to honor their own refund policy. I will be filing complaints with every consumer protection agency possible to warn others.

It's a complete scam. Zero qualified leads in a year. Most every one does not have a working phone or email and the few that do have no clue of why you are calling them. I have seen some bad lead services in the past but this is just all out fraudulent. I have dealt with bad lead services before but this one is just a blatant scam. Whatever you do, dont ask for your money back. They have a policy that you cant get it back for a full year. After the year is up they ghost you. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general.

These guys don't give you qualified leads and they will not give you your money back. There are referral groups out there that will only take a cut when the deal closes. Use them.

These guys just flagged this review. How about you run a real company and actually provide the service/refund you claim to.

This is garbage company. Complete scam. I signed up for their service being told that they only provide pre-screened qualified leads and that is absolutely not the case. My first lead(2 weeks later than promised) replied with “never contact me again”.
I immediately asked for a refund and they said their return policy is 365 days.
I waited 385 days and reached out again and they said I was too late to claim my refund.

STAY AWAY!!! During the introduction call I was told leads are pre qualified. I was also told if after 12 months I want to cancel, I will get my money back, no questions asked. Got my 1st three leads, ALL not qualified; the first one did not have any income, 2nd one said he has no intention of buying anything was just checking around and the third hung up on me. After each of those I immediately contacted Lezooka told them what happened; they apologized and said I will get another lead. After the third time, I told them I am not interested in continuing and asked for my money back. They said I would have to wait the 12 months. I told them OK but I do not want to get any other leads. The 12 months passed, I asked for my money back, and they said because I did not put a report on the leads they sent along the year, they would not refund me. This is Very dishonest; stay away, this company is there just to take your money.

Not only have I had a terrible experience so far getting no qualified lead’s and forced to stay in a contract that I no longer want to be a part of. But I posted a review to warn other agents not to sign up and be taken advantage of the same way I have. THEY CALLED ME regarding the review. They said I’m breaching confidentiality. I advised I don’t want others to fall victim to the same situation I did where I have paid for a service and promised the world in the beginning and have no results. It felt threatening to call me to discuss my review. They continue to quote the small print in a contract that I was rushed to sign. I’m so upset with this company and I hope other agents save their time, energy and money. Insisting I wait out the 365 days to get my refund. Obviously I’m going to want my money back whether it’s today or 9 months from now when the contact is done. Continuing to force a working relationship that neither of us wants is the most ridiculous and harmful thing a company could possibly do.

Not only did they over promise and severely underdeliver. When I justifiably asked for a refund since I did not get a single qualified lead in the first 3 months they refused. READ THE FINE PRINT in the contract because they will love to quote to you that they don't actually guarantee ANY leads not guarantee the quality. Aggressively overpromised and sold on this company to be terrribly disappointed. Awful customer service. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM

100% of them are complete trash ... usually invalid info or if they are valid I already have that lead in my crm lol

Even the good reviews here are fake ... I just went through multiple verified reviews and confirmed the people leaving reviews are not even licensed agents...
So many similar review formats it's clear they're using a bot to produce these bogus reviews

****Update****… they called me… worth noting this is my 2nd review so I’ve been through this experience already.

Rep: you don’t understand, they fill out an ad form and we email and text them to confirm they’re good.

Me: Well that’s false because todays lead I called and the number is not in service and when I emailed it almost immediately bounced back as non existent email.

Rep: okay I understand, but what lead is invalid?

Me : loool like asl of them but for sure the one today … so why are you lying to me?

Rep: I didn’t lie to you

Me: did you not say you email and text the leads after they fill out this ad form to confirm validity before they’re sent to me

Me: and you heard me when I said this number is not in service and the email does not exist …

Rep: yes

Me: what am I missing here how does this make sense to you ?

Rep: goes on to promise replacement leads … and some department is going to start dialing these leads right away and they’ll live transfer over anything they get

Also worth noting rep tried accusing me of not saying anything about the leads before … refer to first paragraph of update

Funniest part is I went into this with pretty low expectations… even if at some point by some miracle over the next 5-10 years this produces 1 transaction(was sold a life time one time fee offer) it’ll pay ROI

But it’s comically bad so far 🤣
