I have been purchasing your fine pens, and leather goods since your start in 1987. I have purchased in stores in Chicago, Boston, and on line. I have purchased for myself and gifts for many others. I hope with Barnes and Noble buying you out, the quality and variety of items will continue.

I ordered refills for my waterman pen
I ordered refills for my waterman pen. The shipment arrived but when I opened the package it was empty. I contacted Levenger to explain what occurred and offered to take a photo of the empty shipment package. Instead, I received an immediate apology and was told that a photo was unnecessary. A new order was placed and before the call was completed I received a text with an order# and tracking information.
This is but another simple example, how the customer engagement team at Levenger makes the difference in taking a supply chain discrepancy and pivoting to an effective and efficient resolution. Despite the miscue, I’m grateful for the positive experience. Thank you!

Their products are first-rate, although overpriced. Their return process is difficult and convoluted. I’m finding better deals and service on Etsy.
